The young lady who started my order was extremely nice. She also made my drinks as well. However, a young man came to assist with one of three drinks ordered. I wouldn't say he was nice or rude. His personality was very mellow, which is fine. The only thing that I had an issue with... Most Biggby locations allow you to place your own lid on the cup regardless of which drink you order. This location apparently takes care of the complete order if you order a specialty drink. This would be a nice gesture, however, there was way too much cross contamination going on. The young man had a slight rash of some sort on his arm. He proceeded to scratch his arm. He used the same hand/s to make the drink and place my lid on the cup. He was a young man, SO I didn't say anything. I didn't want to make him feel bad. However, cross contamination can make others ill, so should be addressed in training. Not only was he scratching, he also was also handling cash and the register with the same hands. The young lady was handling money as well prior to making drinks. I left out of this store feeling like all of my lids were filthy (between scratching and handling money), thus waited until I arrived home to transfer my coffee into another...
Read moreI'm sad I even have to write this and not give 5 stars. This is literally my favorite Biggby, I get it in the morning before work. This morning I was in the drive thru, the young man was very nice and when I get to the window the young lady greeted me with a smile very nice. She tells me my total, I pay, as I'm waiting for my change. I turn my music back up I'm in a great mood it was Britney on the radio. Another young lady come to the window very nasty and tells me to cut my music down. I do it because I'm not a problematic person, but it definitely changed the mood. I will say the nice young lady looked like she felt bad and was still very sweet. But to tell a paying customer me what to do in my car was some nerve and audicty. I've never had a worker tell me to cut my music down, I don't have bass in my car so it wasn't booming loud. She should learn to do her job and not police paying customers. I'm debating if I even wanna spend my money here anymore. The other 2 workers I mentioned definitely 5 stars. Maybe if she would've been nice I wouldn't be so annoyed. Read moreI recently came to this location like I always do every morning before work for the past two years. Every since the new owner took over, the customer service has been shaky. This past week I went to this location and there new barrister wasn’t paying attention not only did he use the wrong milk in my coffee he allowed the plastic container around the carton to fall in my drink. When I called to speak to someone about it, what a coincidence he answered the phone. He put me on hold and then hung up. When I called back no one would answer. I have since tried to reach out to the owner who also hasn’t responded to my email. The only person who cared enough to try and address this situation is the manager Paige. The owner has gone through I don’t know how many new employees since he’s taken over. The customer service most of the time is bad.
