Update: Wife and I stopped after church on Sunday, 10/27/24, around 1:00 PM to eat in. Sorry to say, things have not improved since my last one star review. Cars were lined up at the drive through. A number of cars were in the parking lot. Went in behind another gentleman and discovered that only two or three folks were working the food prep and window. Evidently the gentleman ahead of me had heard that there would be a long wait. He was leaving. So, rather than wait for someone to come to the order register, we also left. It is a shame that this Arby's cannot find ample help for Sunday noon meals. I suspect that what they pay must be part of the problem. Culver's a couple blocks away has many young folks working. So, Culvers must be doing something different. We then went to the new Taco Bell. See my one star review for that. We ended up at McDonald's by 1:30 PM and got our inside dining meal immediately.
We have been long time customers of this Arby's on Sundays at 11:00 AM for eat in service. But, due to church service time change, we have come here at Noon the last two Sundays. A week ago we stopped in at noon. They were obviously short on staff. Someone took our order promptly, but it was 20 minutes before we got our order. Today, I stopped to pick up some food to take home. The line of cars was long, so I parked and went in to order food to go. I stood behind one lady at the order counter for 5 minutes before someone was told to handle the counter. A girl came and talked to the lady and said something about something being down. She then got some items and put them in a small bag and gave it to the woman. The girl then left and went back to stuffing bags, while I was still standing at the counter. I waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged while the girl stuffed bags and never looked my way. That was enough. I walked out, drove to Subway and got a sandwich instantly and drove home. I will no longer go to this Arby's during the busy times. They obviously do not have enough workers on Sundays to provide adequate service to walk in customers during...
Read moreOn November 6th 2023 between 5:30pm and 5:45pm, I went through the drive thru to order dinner for my family. I got to the speaker and was greeted with "Welcome to Arby's." I then proceeded with my entire order, only to be told I had to start all over again because "the computer froze." However, these employees on the drive-thru weren't smart enough to turn the mic off as they were giggling! I then said, "okay well please let me know when you are ready to take my order." I proceeded with my order again only to be told they didn't have jamoca shakes. So feeling my order was too difficult to complete, I ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 curly fries. I was told to drive to the window with no total. Got to the window only to see teenagers playing around as if they were at a hangout and not at work. Now, I don't blame these teenagers. I blame the management here! Proper training is not being implemented. The basic concept of being ready to take someone's order, giving a total, giving them them their food, and providing a receipt is common knowledge for someone who is in fast food service. If this location continues to provide the service I experienced yesterday, this location will not be here long. Also, if you have employees that act like this then maybe they don't need or want a job! When I got my food home my food tasted old, like it had been sitting there for awhile! I don't want a website to be referred to for comments. This location needs proper training to their employees and management needs to be held accountable for this type of behavior! I will not be coming back to this location, because my money can and will be spent on better food and BETTER customer service! I hope this review helps to make this location better! As of right now,...
Read moreEmployee at the register was in SERIOUS need of training! Was using a coupon we received for a sandwich at $2.99. I ask to have it as a 'meal' meaning I want fries and a drink with the sandwich. He told me there wasn't any way to ring that up. Numerous times I explained that I wanted the coupon sandwich and I also wanted to order fries and a drink... And numerous times he repeated he could ring that up. Beyond frustrated now.. I ask if the coupon sandwich was available, he said "yes". I then ask if they had fries and drinks, he said "yes". So I then in turn ask him to simply ring up the coupon sandwich and THEN RING UP THE FRIES........ AND THEN RING UP THE DRINK!! We then ordered a full price sandwich and gave him another coupon for the free loaded fries and ordered another drink. When our order arrived we had our 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks... BUT had 3 fries. We tried to explain the order once again and that it should only be 1 small order of fries and 1 loaded Fry. He said "Sorry...but you wanted a drink with the sandwich so that's the ONLY way it comes! " On a side note we were the ONLY customers in the restaurant at that time. NOT a good experience! This place needs management...
