I love this place but the workers depending on the day you go you might not get the experience you want. There are custard is amazing best I think it's even better than Culver's I mean absolutely delicious I had bought a few pints of the Cherry Bordeaux along with the fudge brownie kind as well that is the kind my man picked, now I'm not one to down people that make my food especially LOL but like I said it's the workers one day there was a kid outside very kind very courteous he even had a bandaid on his face I felt bad he was so kind even though it looked like maybe he wasn't having a good day. But the three other times was kind enough to reimburse an issue that happened which they are great at even when I went up there having custard cash and everything the person walked outside when we pulled up to the drive-thru with the most disgusted look on their face and it was just disgusted to take everyone's order we got two things that was it we even tipped them because I feel obligated to because it was Custercash I had used that time but once again when I went there a few days later because we live close enough same person I'm pretty sure it's a male but there's also a female I think they are the ones that run the show they think that they are just the owners of the place the way they act toward their own people and toward customers very rude and won't explain or get stressed out it looks like I don't know how a 16-year-old can get stressed out telling you what's an ice cream what pints come in let me read the menu they don't have to stand in front of there I can read it first but again here he comes or here she came happened more than once Waltzing outside unhappy and it just making my day more miserable I even asked what's up why do you seem so miserable they said because they're working that was extremely inappropriate made me think that if they're not happy working there they're not going to make the food happy LOL what I mean by that is the whole experience besides the people that work at this certain place at this certain location there's two people that were there that are just shouldn't be working there but they still are I have left there and not got anything just because of this the other day they're expensive but they also have a rewards Neil thing you can get an app and load up on point if you get stuff here and once again like I said they have the best Custard in Florida in America that's my personal choice of where to go the people though wish I could just switch them out just the two that were rude every time I've been there. Oh and I know you get more bees with honey so I'm KIND NO MATTER WHAT YOLO ABS GOOD VIBES FR...
Read moreWent to Andy's for the first time in a long while. When we ordered our usual frozen custard It was like they were already premade or something because it was like instantly she handed me mine first and within another minute the second one. They were already halfway melted and by the time we walked to our car and sat in there to eat them it was like eating milk and cookies. There was no custard or ice cream It was very disappointing. I will say the manager TY was nice and did offer to remake us them right there but it would have been too much to eat another one. She did give us a card for a ice cream sundae which was nice but it would have been better to get a complimentary what we ordered in a chance to come back and get the same thing. Plus she wrote on the card an expiration date that is only a couple weeks away and sometimes we just can't make it there in a couple weeks. So I sure hope when we go over there if it's past the expiration date they don't give us a hard time because we just paid $14 for frozen custard that was like milk. Hopefully they'll get things figured out. The other thing that was a little disturbing was the homeless guy hanging out right next to where you sit and just being kind of strange. I understand some people go through hard times and are homeless but to let them stay there like that just wasn't real not professional. Matter of fact it just the way he was acting like he was definitely on drugs or something made me and my friend very uncomfortable. I mean the guy was wearing a gold mask covering his face and just tweaking...
Read moreAndy's offers a drive thru and a walk-up but no indoor service. The large covered pavillion with big readable signage provides seating and reminds me of getting ice cream as a kid. The unique quality of Andy's custard highlights the novel creations from concretes that mean they are so thick you can turn them upside down. The jackhammers consist of an ice cream and a topping or two with a tunnel of something in the middle core. The James Brownie Funky combines vanilla custard with peanut butter and brownie with a tunnel of fudge. Incredible! Service today is friendly and efficient. Sorry I missed the name of the young lady who helped me. The signage is readable in the ordering walk-up area and in the drive thru. No restroom. Wheel chair van access free parking in a lot shared with a few other places although Andy's is a free standing store.
