The person there refused to honor my reward in the app. My reward doesn't expire until July. It was for a free medium treat. He acted like he didn't want to serve my family. I had 3 other people with me that all purchased something so it wasn't like he was going to lose out on money. I don't know his name but he was a short Indian looking guy who wore glasses. Sir you need to fix your attitude and have better customer service with all of your customers, not just a select few. Your excuse was it wouldn't go through your system. You never Tried!!!!
