Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Clearwater

The person there refused to honor my reward in the app. My reward doesn't expire until July. It was for a free medium treat. He acted like he didn't want to serve my family. I had 3 other people with me that all purchased something so it wasn't like he was going to lose out on money. I don't know his name but he was a short Indian looking guy who wore glasses. Sir you need to fix your attitude and have better customer service with all of your customers, not just a select few. Your excuse was it wouldn't go through your system. You never Tried!!!! Great ices but go to the Palm Harbor location. This location messed up my order. I ordered two chocolate Italian ices and I got two chocolate ice creams. I got my refund on Uber Eats and ordered the ices again. It’s been OVER AN HOUR and my delivery driver has been waiting … for what, I do not know. I tried calling Jeremiah’s Italian Ice’s phone number they have online AND on the receipt and it goes straight to a voicemail you’d hear on a cellphone. Wouldn’t recommend this location. First, they only had one employee working and there was a big group of people ordering so much stuff while being loud & obnoxious. Finally at the counter was going to redeem a reward that was going to expire soon and the employee would had an Indian accent made no sense but he was refusing to let us scan for our reward. Never seen anything like it, been to other locations with no problem at all but this guy was giving us a hard time for no reason. Waste of time, never going back to this...
