Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Clearwater

I live in Clearwater, Florida. I came home today right behind a Jet's Pizza driver who pulled directly into my private, tow-away spot on N. Frederica Street. I rolled my window down and asked him to move politely, and he attempted to inform me that he had a pizza to deliver. As if his pizza delivery was more important than my time. Needless to say, this was agitating and he only agreed to move when I expressed this agitation toward him.

This has now happened a total of three times. All three times, a driver in a champagne colored Suzuki has parked in my spot as if it were okay and then proceeded to deliver across the street to the condos nearby. In the other two incidents, I simply waited patiently for him to move and didn't say anything, but it 100% did happen.

When I called the clearwater location, I was told this was the only time this driver had ever delivered to x address, etc. None of that is valid. Your location has delivered to those condos multiple times (I have seen the Jet's Pizza logo, so do NOT tell me different), and the person who was manning the phones was either too dense to acknowledge it, or he was simply lying to me.

The disrespect that I received first from your driver and then from the person to whom I spoke on the phone -- staggering. Both of them were wrong. The next time one of your delivery vehicles parks in my spot and refuses to move, I not only will block him in and call a tow truck, but you also will be hearing from my attorney.

I've eaten your "pizza" on multiple occasions and it was always simply okay but nowhere near outstanding. I don't think your company should be perpetrating this kind of behavior, considering the extreme mediocrity of your laughable product. Have a good day... and frankly bite me. Your delivery driver and the guy who answered your phones?...

Edited review: Jets pizza definitely made good on their word to bring me another pizza in order to help make up for their previous shortcoming so im editing my review to give them a higher rating for not only offering to make things right but going through with their offer to make up for it. Safe to say ill be happy to give jets a fair opportunity the next time im feeling hungry for pizza.

Original Review: I'm usually a fan of Jets pizza but I have to say I'm about fed up with ordering from this store. Every single time I've ordered from them in the past 3 months, (about twice a month) they don't put any seasoning on my pizza crust like I ask every time I order and I ask for the turbo crust.

I shouldn't have to call the store and wait even longer than the initial wait just for some cheese and butter sauce for the edge of my pizza. And tonight I even asked for extra turbo crust to see if they might notice that I wanted a flavored crust. Pizza is still plain as hell with no seasoning on it anywhere. This pizza is too damn expensive for the employees to habitually forget something as simple as a flavored crust. 43 dollars for a single topping large pizza, some boneless wings and a small salad, as well as a 7 dollar tip for the driver. I guess I'll just start ordering pizza from hungry howies and dominos...

I've always ordered from the Dunedin jets. Then my daughter moved to Palmetto Park Apts. I went to visit her (i live in Chicago now) and tried to order from the Clearwater Jets. I was greeted with a ride man on the phone and after i told him the location, he told me they don't deliver there, he said that was Dunedin. I didn't think that was right but i called Dunedin Jets anyways. Sure enough they told me no that location is the Clearwater store. I called back to once again be almost yelled at. So i went online and sure enough, it was the Clearwater store and i got my pizza. My daughter called and asked if i could order a pizza an hour ago. So i called the Clearwater Jets and Ray answered the phone. I started i was ordering for my daughter and i was calling from Chicago. He wouldn't let me speak by interrupting me when i tried to talk so bad where i got so frustrated i gave the phone to my husband. Ray did the same to him! Then he tells us he won't place the order because it's an out of state credit card! ? We've used the same card there before? ! How do tourists order pizza considering it's a heavy tourist location! ?
