Sent my husband in for sandwiches for the family while I was at home getting ready to leave for the day. Upon his return we saw All five sandwiches were wrong. All of them. I called and was told the manager would call me, waited 3 days, they never did. So I called back and was told the GM had "just left" and they would call me the next day..... Waited a week and talked to another manager on duty who was a bit rude and said she would watch the line video and compare it to my sandwiches so I could finally get a refund and guess what..... No call.
Now I've been waiting for over a month and this girl don't quit....I work too hard to waste my money on a company that doesn't care about quality and customer service.
We asked for no tomatoes on a sandwich and Had to toss them because of food allergies. The totally tuna was so wet from whatever crap they put on it it was soaked and had to be thrown out. It was nasty...I asked for onions and mayo, I got mayo, but no onions and 2 pm pieces of turkey. We got a BLT with 2 pieces of bacon. I paid for Xtra cheese and got no cheese.... This place has gone down hill....horrible customer service and horrible sandwiches.

When I asked for them to bring the correct item they said it would be over an hour before they could get there. Lunch break was going to be over by then so they offered to give me a credit for the next time I order. I tried to use the credit and they charged me seven dollars saying that they only issued me a five dollar credit even though if they would’ve replaced my original order, it would’ve been what I ordered including re-delivery. The manager, Samantha was very condescending on the phone just as she was when I had called to tell them they brought the wrong sandwich. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she refused to give me anyone’s contact information. For as much money as we spend there, there is NO reason for them to have such poor customer service! So if someone wants a $5 credit just use the name Krisy as I won’t be using it. I will be contacting the owner of the Franchise “Jerry” to let him know about this. I ordered delivery and the delivery person placed it outside on the ground. In the Sun, so not only was my food now. Unsanitary, because it's sitting on the ground. There was no notifying that it was delivered upon calling the location to request a refund. The manager declined to give her name after requesting it 3 times she also hung up on me.
