This place is horrible! I go in to get my lunch at around 2:30 PM and was told I have to wait 20 minutes because their cooks are eating. OK, no problem. The young lady taking my order was incredibly rude. I told her I wanted the number one and she rung it up and I’m like wait a minute don’t I have options for sides? and she’s like yeah you have either fried rice or french fries I said OK so I chose fried rice. And don’t I also get a free can of soda? And she said yeah you get a free can of soda. It’s almost like she didn’t even want to tell me. She definitely made me feel uncomfortable. Bad vibes in this place. I ordered the number one, which was chicken wings, and fried rice. I asked him if they could make it spicy and she said yeah but there’s an up charge of $1. I said wait a minute you’re charging me a dollar just to put hot sauce on my wings? She said yes. So I paid it. The total came out to $12.43. Same order for lunch at any Chinese takeout is between $7 - $8. so right off the bat lunch was 50% higher than what it should’ve cost. I I got my food and went to the side to pick up my sauces and I saw they had tons of hot sauces packets to go And I said to myself, why is she charging me $1 to put hot sauce on my wings when they’re giving away free packets of hot sauce, right there on the counter? To me that was very very petty. So I got the food home and it’s barely Chinese takeout quality. I was not impressed. And I definitely definitely definitely do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other cheaper options that taste way better and have much more polite...
Read moreHave visited this place once before and I wanted to go back to see if it has changed in any ways. As I walked in, the decor has not changed as it is definitely not a fancy place. I looked at the menu and it has a a lot more Chinese food along with lots of choices for the wings. They have boneless and traditional wings. They do have a variety of sauces for the wings. The prices are reasonable overall. I thought I try both the lo menu and the traditional wings.
The order came quickly! I wasn’t impress nor disappointed with the food given my expectation of the place. The lo mein was not bad but I would recommend that you go to an actual Chinese take out for better lo mein. As I thought l, the wings are small but they were not bad. They were just a little bit over cooked. The medium hot sauce wasn’t bad.
Overall, it is not a bad place or a great place. I may come back...
Read moreI have been coming to Tang's for awhile and absolutely love their food. The issue I have with this restaurant is the lack of customer service that they have in this place. My understanding is they have changed around their menu and prices. I order 2 nuggets combo which is fire and can of soda. If you check online it says combo fries and drinks. I guess it different if you order over the phone because I said combo and they only put fries wasn't allow to get the drinks. That false advertisement on their online menu and the cashier (didn't get her name) should ask the customer if they wanted fries to also ask if they want drink. Never ever heard that if you ask for combo it's fries only. The cashier was really disrespectful and needs a like bit more training on...
