KFC — Restaurant in Clemmons

I recently visited KFC and had an exceptional experience that I couldn't wait to share. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, making the ordering process a breeze.

Worse service and employees I have ever came across. I would give it no stars if an option. I made my order through drive through which consisted of chicken tenders, mash taters and gravy and drink and I paid through drive up the window cashier Amari it says on my ticket told me to pull forward and she bring it out. I waited 8 minutes and no one came out. I rode back around to the window to be told she had left and the new shift came in and knew nothing about my order. I was told to hold on and 3 minutes later I had to blow my horn to get someone to come to the window. The next woman I didn’t get her name was mean and said it wasn’t their fault they were the new shift. I waited another 3 minutes and blew my horn for a guy came to the window who knew nothing of my order but finally did get it to me and didn’t give me my drink with the combo. I almost was late for work due to this incompetent place and the tenders tasted weird so I didn’t eat them .I wouldn’t doubt something was changed on them in a nasty way. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Horrible and wouldn’t recommend to my dog much...

Worst chicken I have ever eaten. It tasted like rubber They also did not give me a receipt. I’m reporting them to the health department to see what that is in there that they call chicken! Do not eat here if you care about your health! They need to close this place down! I asked for fresh chicken and a lady said on the drive thru Oh, it’s only been sitting about 35 minutes” NO, More like 35 days! I got an 8 piece with no Legs - a bunch of very dry breasts, thighs, and puny wings. Straight rubber taste. That’s not chicken in there and I’m going to call him the health department first thing in the morning so they can investigate this place. They gave me NO receipt! The best thing I got from my order was the large Mountain Dew. I really want my 25 dollars back but the guy who brought it out didn’t give me a receipt.
