This is the greatest team I've ever worked with. I've specifically had the best experience working with Ken. As many of us were impacted by COVID, I too was laid off from my employer. Ken went above and beyond and delivered an exceptional experience for me for the last 12 months. He made sure to find every way possible to set us both (Rent-A-Center & me) up for success. This is the best rent a center I have ever been to. The GM is one of the hardest working and helpful managers I have ever encountered in that industry. He was there for me for whatever I needed and helped me with everything I needed down to physically picking up a product I needed for work when they were out of stock at their store.
