My wife and I ordered from the Barberton store. We ordered an 8 piece chicken tender meal when asked if I wanted southwest fries, or jojos, I asked if the fries were spicy. The young man said "not really, about like Arby's or Rally's. So I ordered them, with a side of Jojos, and Cheese bread. I ask 3 times if the fries were spicy, and was told "no" each time. When the food arrived, not only were the fries too spicy for me, but my wife, who loves both Arby's, and Rally's fries couldn't eat them either. Also the tenders were battered with the same coating, and neither of us could eat them either. The Jojos were not quite as spicy, but more than normal. This was not or first time art PizzaBOGO, we have always enjoyed their food. So I called in to talk to a manager, and a young Lady was put on. I told her the problem, and she proceeded to tell me that the tenders come with the same southwest breading as the fries, but you can order it without if you would like. I told her I would have if I would have known they came that way. She told me it said so on the website. I told her, I didn't see It. She said that was not her fault. When tried to explain that most restaurants would serve plain and let the customer order the spicy, she told me if I didn't like it, their was nothing she could do about it. She kept talking over me, and interupting me. I told her, that's OK, I'll take it up with corporate, have a good night. So I double check the site, and low and behold, there was no mention of the tenders having Southwest breading on them. So I called back, and ask for the manager. This time I was given to a young man. I'm not stupid, I know how the game is played. After a few questions I pretty much comfirmed at least HE wasn't a manager. He kept telling to hold on to get answers to my questions. I learned that there is no corporate headquarters. The employee who claimed to be a manager said he texted the regional manager and got an answer, in 2 minutes on a Friday night. Then said he didnt know regional manager's name. He said, "It's an long name. It's Arab and hard to pronounce we just call him Ethan." He couldn't even tell me the city where BOGO was founded. So I asked a question I knew would set him back, I ask for the regional managers phone number. After holding AGAIN, the young lady I spoke the first time came back on the line. I was about to tell her she was incorrect about the website, when she raised her voice, to an almost screaming level and kept talking over me. Then. She hung up on me.loo

Read morei placed an order over the phone for an american solo pizza light sauce and add green peppers....i ate a slice and there was a little piece of onion.... ate another slice and a few more onions.... i dont usually order the american so i wasn't sure if onions came on there or not so i decided to call... not for a free pizza...not for a remake but to simply find out if next time i need to say no onions.... a man answered the phone i told him i picked up a pizza about 30 minutes ago the american with green peppers but onions on it and im looking at the menu and i dont see onions listed ... he asked for my # and said onions not suppose to be on there please hold... a woman get on the line and say she made my pizza and she did not put onions on my pizza and that she herself have something (not sure wtf she said) going on with onions so she wouldnt put them on a pizza if they weren't ordered and that she know she didnt put onions on my pizza and they ask you to check your pizza befor leaving..i told her even if i did check my pizza there you dont see the onions and im looking at the remainder of slices and i dont see onions but when i ate 2 1/2 slices there is in fact onions.... she keep denying that onions are on my pizza and i told her i will be up there and she hung up on me manager calls me back saying sometimes it gets a little mixed up, apologizes and offer to make the correct order... i didnt want another pizza especially when you have a rude az employee who basically making me feel like im lying... who would trust them to make another one... i told the manager i didnt understand why i got hung up on and the employee was rude and she saying ohh it was a mistake and its hot and we're busy blah blah blah.... i was on my way back up there when the manager called... since i didnt want another pizza she said she could refund my money and toss the pizza.... obviously not understanding that it's not about the money, it's about the rude az employee and showing HER 😡 that SHE, IN FACT, put onions on my pizza.... and honestly she should have apologized.....smh..... the sad part is... i really was just trying to see if onions were suppose to be on there on not 😩 i did not want another pizza nor a free pizza either way 🤷🏽♀️.... and its sad if they treat their mistakes with an attitude and treat customers as if they trying to scam them.... the manager was cool but hear customers out and get rid of the trash employees.. regardless if you're busy or it's hot, there is no need to be rude to someone who is not...
Read moreI called tonight at 6:47pm answered by an unbelievably rude female who was speaking so fast all I heard was order? So I assumed she asked can I take your order. I said yes I’d like to place one she then said we’re done taking orders and slammed the phone in my face. I called back again and asked can I speak to the manager she said hold on put the phone down then pick the phone back up and said why? I said I need to speak to your manager she said for what because I told you we’re not taking any more orders? I said I need to speak to your manager she continued to hang up in my face. I called multiple times hoping to get somebody else to answer the phone only to be hung up on multiple times given straight attitude I also told her I will be up there shortly to speak to the manager. She told me I I don’t give a damn! Whoever owns this place needs to teach this young lady some customer service respect learn how to talk and understand that this is a business regardless of how busy you are disrespect is not gonna get you anywhere in life or in business and you will lose multiple customers because of this incident. I’ve been coming to this place for years and this is not the first time this has happened, but this is the worst that I’ve ever experienced, I understand it’s a busy busy night but again it does not call for that type of behavior. There’s a thing called secret shoppers and you will lose customers now. I do not think the owner will be happy, losing money, consistent money because of an employee that can’t speak correctly and clear over the phone. Then on top of it to distribute that kind of attitude, horrible attitude and disrespect to a faithful customer. I don’t even want anything for free. It’s the point I drove all the way from Lakewood and step foot in there last night. The next issue was when I asked to speak to the manager, the guy in the front he was respectful, but I had to keep going back-and-forth telling me the manager will be out in five minutes and then two minutes later comes back and tells me I have to wait 20 minutes to speak to him and that they are closed tomorrow and I can call in the morning on Tuesday horrible customer service and like I said this is not the first time, but the worst, I would love if the owner would contact me that woman needs to be let go for your own businesses sake, and I never wish that on any human being trying to make a living, but that...
