Aladdin's Eatery Cleveland Clinic — Restaurant in Cleveland

Over and over again, Constant problems. The portions are so incredibly small here (unlike the restuaruants). Visited on 6/4/2020 and got a Fattush salad. 1st off the Chicken was old, cold and dry a problem that I have complained about numerous other times yet they still produce the same nasty product. 2nd off the salad container was like half full, not sure if they are trying to save money or what, but for what they charge 11$ you need to fill the container with at least lettuce. What was given to me was a plastic container that was half full. Totally unacceptable for the price of 11$

3rd the hummis tasted so bad, I had to throw it out. (seriously you would think they know how to make hummis by now). At 11.xx a salad this has to be the biggest ripoff ever. And multiple other times I went...same thing...cold dry chicken/dressing not made right/ hummis not right. Its too bad because the restaurants where you go and sit down at are usually A+ This is by far the worst aladdins and continues to disappoint over and over again. Hi my name is Pierre... I am a former employee as well as customer of Aladdin's.. I'm not very proud of the treatment at this place... So i called human resources and Ms. Alisha Foley was very rude to me and the owner of this place Mr. Fadi was very rude on the phone yesterday... I talked to him about getting to the bottom of the issue and he was very unprofessional and rude... told me its over I'll never get my job back so what do i want... and proceeds by tellin me he will give me 100 dollars and find another job... he finishes by sayin dont spend it all on smokin or drinkin after i told him i work to take care of my daughter... what kind of owner says that to someone...

I have been in contact with human resources and nothing has been done about the issue... These people are very unprofessional and let the employees get mistreated any kind of way... what...

This is my fav place to eat!! If you would have told me a few years ago that healthy food is delicious I would've laughed you out the room. Prices are reasonable and I always get enough to eat no matter what I order. Don't even get me started on the staff there from the counter to the cooks customer service is an A++++++++++. Got much love for em all. If u like Mediterranean food or even if u don't this is the place. They even have stuff for the kiddos. I eat here 4 times a week and I'm still not tired of it. Give it a chance you will love it. Oh and uh I want the recipe for the best garlic...
