It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Cleveland

I ordered a, curbside, order on line. I checked in at 5:30, the time they gave me for pick up. I waited for my order for an hour, after my pick up time, with 2 children in the car. I ended up going in to check the status of my order, it was miraculously ready "right then". I asked if it had been ready for some time and cold, I was assured that it had just came up. The girl at the counter threw cups of ranch in the bag which ended up spilled out over all the containers and apple pie. All of the wings and fries were cold. This company through door dash just stole 30 $ from me . They charged me , took the money , and then decided they couldn’t do the order of 12 wings . Nobody refunded my money . Why take the order and money and cancel . Be careful with is company I was literally just robbed...

Wings were raw when I got home with them and fries were still cold on the inside.. Had to finish cooking them myself. Honestly some of the worst wings...
