They should get a 0! Shame they serve Japanese food. No way a Japanese business would be this rude, unprofessional and lame. If they had a brain, they will work on customer service!! Business like this avoid at all cost, walk the other way!!!!!!

I must share this one review in particular, word for word I couldn't agree more. Teach these kids customer service or make it strictlly about ticket vending machine right by the kitchen, cut out the waste, as they are messing up the good food offered. (Not considering the reviews saying they were served spoiled foods and one time dining experience)
Food is delicious. Absolutely amazing. However, I would not recommend this place if it was the last place on Earth! Every single person who works here is rude and I've been putting up with it for so long. customer service is DETESTABLE! You might think, "oh, you're probably a bad customer." I've seen seen them treat others the same way and talk bad about customers when they think no one can hear them. Very unprofessional. You can tell these kids were raised with no manners and have management that does not require them to have customer service skills. I would not even give them 1 star if i could but Google requires me to give at least give at least 1 to post a rating.

Kenko, thank you for your reply. Just to mention started calling well before 8:10. So many times I called, nobody picked up. Other days I tried, same thing... By the time the phone was answered, the order would have been half way done or done preparing if the phone was actually picked up...
Can't even pick up food before closing because you are not answering your phone and locking your doors well before closing time. Extra hour? Make sure, you are clear about your hours online and at the door, also that the employees stick to them.
Considering people have noted on your non existing customer service for span of more than 3 years, and the manager would not let me speak with you directly after having the nerve to tell me "if we are not answering the phone, you should order online."
Too many employees seem to be forgetting that they are employees, not the owner. With sad non existent customer service...
I recommend in order to really fix terrible customer service, read all the negative reviews and put in serious work. It is obvious your workers could care less and have excuses for everything.
If by miracle this happens, I think everyone will know Kenko everywhere... I thought your sauces were quite tasty and was going to try all...

I feel welcomed, and the customer service is pretty darn great. I've been coming in here for lunch and dinner for about a year now, and I'm completely addicted. Everyone as far as the staff goes is very inviting funny and pretty good to talk to. I even made friends with one of the employees who seems like a pretty good guy. Sometimes I come in here to sit and do my homework or I just watch kdramas and meet new people. I can be antisocial sometimes which is one of the reasons why I didn't really speak that much when coming in here. But the staff made me feel welcome and the music selection is pretty awesome! Every time I come in it's a variety of pop, rock, k-pop, Jay Rock and anything you can think of. If you don't hear someone humming along to the song on the next speaker it's playing something that I know from one of my playlists. I'm going to admit, I've answered a lot of restaurants and I've given a lot of good reviews but this happens to be one of my favorite restaurants ever. It is number one on my top list and I don't give number one to a lot of places previously it was Raising Canes simply because I was addicted to the sauce. But now I'm completely addicted and I'm really going to miss that place what I leave for my second term. So please I recommend eating here for lunch or dinner one day. Read moreI have been to this place at least twice a week since 2017. I have to say this place used to be my favorite place but it is very disappointing now. I am a "black belt member" (twice, from scratch) in the kung-fu tea level up app so you know how often I go to this place. But their app has been out of service like forever which is very annoying. They used to serve yogurt drinks which in my opinion was the best drinks in Kung-Fu tea. But now, yogurt drinks no longer be served anymore while the kung-fu tea in other places such as Columbus and Pittsburgh still do. Another thing is their milk tea. It used to taste pretty good. But it tastes like just tea now. Although it looks like milk tea, I can barely taste the milk inside. They are under-staffed for a long time so customers have to wait for a while to get their orders. I understand the situation so I'm not complaining, just a heads up to new customers.
