I was invited to come watch the Browns game on 12/28/23. Upon entering the establishment I admired the set up and size of the bar. I sat down at the bar and immediately noticed the male bartender had an attitude so much to the point that someone else had to ask them were they "ok" I arrived about 7:30pm and left at 10. thorough out my time. The bartender would not even attempt to see if anything was needed, would flat out ignore us and was very rude. I asked for water and he grabbed a cup filled it with ice and directed me to go get water from the well. (This stood out as the other patrons at the bar when asked for water was given water from the bar) At this point I had to leave because it was clear I was not welcomed at this establishment. I must point out another bartender came over to take my order of wings which were tasty. otherwise I find it unfortunate that my first and last experience at this bar was met by a rude bartender whom ignored me, rolled his eyes at me, consistently forgot to close out our tab and even with me being patient, understanding, not returning the same energy that was given to me this did nothing to change his disposition.
