I was invited to come watch the Browns game on 12/28/23. Upon entering the establishment I admired the set up and size of the bar. I sat down at the bar and immediately noticed the male bartender had an attitude so much to the point that someone else had to ask them were they "ok" I arrived about 7:30pm and left at 10. thorough out my time. The bartender would not even attempt to see if anything was needed, would flat out ignore us and was very rude. I asked for water and he grabbed a cup filled it with ice and directed me to go get water from the well. (This stood out as the other patrons at the bar when asked for water was given water from the bar) At this point I had to leave because it was clear I was not welcomed at this establishment. I must point out another bartender came over to take my order of wings which were tasty. otherwise I find it unfortunate that my first and last experience at this bar was met by a rude bartender whom ignored me, rolled his eyes at me, consistently forgot to close out our tab and even with me being patient, understanding, not returning the same energy that was given to me this did nothing to change his...
Read moreWent on Friday 9/8/2023 and waited 6 minutes on a drink… bar was not crowded at all. My 2nd drink I asked for a shot of Bacardi silver straight up and the bartender (didn’t get his name, but tall male, light skin, with locs) tried to sneak and give me cheap well rum. I asked him was he sure that was Bacardi? He replied yes. I sniffed it and immediately knew it was not. I asked the other bartender to show me the bottle that 1st bartender had put back, he did and it was not Bacardi, he also stated that the Bacardi was on the other side of the bar, I told him what happened and he made my drink with real Bacardi. Bottom line is 1st bartender gave me well liquor and charged me $12 for it and lied about it.. I also ordered a Long Island that was watered down and gross, I was scared to order...
Read moreI ordered a pizza and it would have been excellent if not for the old dough. Not sure how old it was but it was at least a few days old or it wasn't stored properly. Dough only rises once and should be used shortly after. The outer edge crust all the way around was hard as a rock and very compressed, almost hard enough to break your teeth. The rest of the dough that was covered with the cheese and sauce was like chewing on leather and had that almost sour old dough taste. Neither was it cut all the way through and it was quite difficult to tear apart. You guys really shouldn't pass off old dough that's past its shelf life as a thin crispy crust because it's not ..... It's exactly what it is, old dough that should have been thrown out. That's a good way to get...
