Guys Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Cleveland

I don’t even know where to start. I don’t even know if this place owns a fryer.. I ordered chicken tenders and fries (well done extra crispy please.) when my food came about ten mins later something told me not to leave and to just try my food before I left (I like my food fresh and crispy) the chicken tenders were soft & rubbery and the fries were as soft as mashed potatoes and broken and flimsy and pale as Casper the ghost (there is no way they have a fryer back there ) as I’m thinking to myself “thank god I tried this before I left “ I bring it back to the cashier and let her know (politely ) that I can’t eat the food if I could just get something else she than calls her manager over and I tell him same and he kindly agrees to change my order so I ask are the boneless wings actually crispy (on their menu it says fried to perfection ) (there is no way there is a fryer back there ) he continues yes we bread them and it fry’s a couple times till it’s our desired crispiness . NO PROBLEM ! That’s exactly what I want and wanna hear right … WRONG. I wait 15 more mins for my boneless wings I receive them and say thank you than walk outside to try the food cause at this point I’m not gonna be a pain again.. the boneless chicken “wings” tasted like the cut the chicken tenders into smaller pieces and tossed them in sauce. There was nothing remotely crispy about them it didn’t even taste air fried or over baked. It tasted like they breaded chicken and popped it in the microwave and tossed them in sauce. I’ve had Dino nuggets that have tasted better than this food has and the only good this I can say is the staff was genuinely nice. But other than that I can promise I will never step foot in that place again .. you expect things like this for delivery but to order fresh at restaurant and eat there so you avoid thing like that and for it to be worse...

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would.

We went here at midnight, and from the second we walked in it was a complete disaster. The cashier was already in a screaming match with three ladies who stormed out, warning us not to eat here. Honestly, we should have listened.

We ordered one medium pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni. That’s it. Nothing complicated. We waited 45 minutes before asking how much longer, only to be told “5–10 minutes.” During that time, another group accidentally came in the wrong door. When they apologized, the cashier snapped back, saying, “There is a sign—you can’t read English?” Absolutely disgusting. Naturally, the customer felt insulted and said, “Well now I feel like you’re going to spit on my pizza.” The cashier’s response? She stormed to the back and shouted, “Large pizza with extra spit!”, loud enough for the whole place to hear. Then she came back and got into a full-on yelling match with the customer.

Not only that, but earlier she accused a homeless man of intentionally spilling his dressing just to get another for free, even though he had already PAID for his food. It was constant hostility. She wasn’t just rude to customers, she was also arguing with her own coworkers in the middle of all this.

When we asked what looked like the manager or owner for an update (for the third time) he didn’t even pretend to care he just snapped, “It’s in the oven,” and walked off. With that kind of attitude, no wonder the staff are this unprofessional.

By the time we finally got our one pizza, over an HOUR had passed. Midnight or not, there is absolutely no excuse for this chaos, hostility, and incompetence.

If I could say one thing to the staff: get your act together. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place....

Guys pizza is nostalgic for me from high school in the early 2000s. After school, they would sell sheet pizza slices for $1 or we would walk down the street to get $1 slices.

I ordered half sheet pepperoni pizza, chicken tender basket, and a salad. Everything was hot and fresh. The fries weren’t crispy, but that’s because this was a delivery. It’s hard to keep fried food crispy when delivering. The pizza was so good. Just as I remember in high school, but better because it was fresh lol! The salad was so bomb and so big, enough for 2 or 3 people, and all the toppings were fresh!

What topped the cake is that I was a few minutes outside of the delivery area, but the manager was nice enough to still deliver our food. We normally cook, but I was tired & didn’t feel like cooking. I also didn’t want to inconvenience them, so I let them decide if they wanted to deliver. The manager decided to do so himself and I am so very grateful.

Thank you so much for such a nice experience. I know now to just pick up, but I’ll come back because they went above and beyond. Not only that, the food was good! I think it tasted even better because of the amazing...
