Firstly, I never write reviews, but this experience warrants it.
The manager there is absolutely crazy. She has screamed at me extensively when my order was made completely wrong and argued with me about whether I asked for my drink as iced or hot. (Btw I never ever have ordered a hot matcha in my life so I wasn’t about to start now) She verbally berated my girlfriend and me and screamed for at least two minutes on the top of her lungs before angrily going to remake the drink.
An important note is that, the Official Starbucks policy is that when a drink is wrong or if there is any confusion, employees are required to remake the drink with no malice. Also, I notified the manager very politely that I ordered my drink iced not hot and she started straight up screaming. Everyone felt uncomfortable in the store, all the customers looked scared and the employees, which are all nice except for the manager, all also looked apologetic and frightened.
Because the manager was so upset and angry and took my drink to the back room where the cleaning supplies are kept etc while she was remaking it, I was too nervous to drink the drink afterwards in fear that she spat in it or worse put something worse inside it out of spite. She also seemed quite gleeful which was uncharacteristic of her demeanor in general when she gave me my remade drink which I found extremely suspicious.
I have heard that managers of each location have the power to delete and edit posts but hopefully before this gets taken down, people see this and don’t waste money like I did there and instead go to coffee house just down the street or the other Starbucks location 5 minutes away for a much better experience free of mental trauma.

I keep going and they get consistent traffic because it's on a university campus at dorms and people come here as the easiest place to get a coffee or tea between classes. My orders are always simple, I'm quick, and I smile and say hello to the workers but I've received a smile maybe one out of 20 times. And once, I dropped my drink because it was handed to me very very hot without a protector and my hand reflexed and I dropped it. They were very rude about it even though I apologized and offered to clean it up. That was on a bad day for me - I get poor customer service consistently, so on many good days, but to receive it on a bad day just feels cruddy. They just really suck in service on a regular basis...

Hi I'm Juno and I go in Starbucks every morning to get a dragon fruit lemonade. I'm not sure if that's the precise name for it but other than getting any coffee or lemonade I specifically go to this location to try and make some friends. Not just with the staff but with some of the people on campus. The staff are precise and very well mannered.
