Attention all Dunkin' lovers!
I’ve been an avid Dunkin' coffee drinker for the past four years, so I know how their drinks are supposed to taste. Earlier this week, I came in and ordered my usual drink with just one pump of pumpkin syrup, and the man at the register got it right—the drink wasn’t too sweet. So, I know I’m not imagining things.
Yesterday, I came in again, and the same young woman made my drink incorrectly, but I didn’t say anything. Today, I returned and ordered the same drink with one pump of pumpkin because I can't have the extra sugar due to medical reasons. However, they added two pumps, making the drink far too sweet for my liking—this is why I always order just one pump.
I’ve been ordering this way for years, so I know exactly how it should taste. When I noticed the mistake, I politely asked them to remake it. The lady handed me back a drink in an un labelled cup, which seemed odd. After taking a sip, I realized it tasted the same as the first one. They had poured the original drink into a new cup and handed it back to me, instead of making a fresh one.
As someone who works in the medical field, I find this extremely dangerous. For someone with diabetes, this kind of error could lead to a serious medical issue, such as a sugar coma. When a customer requests a drink to be made a certain way, it's not about being difficult—it’s about their health and preferences.
When ordering a regular coffee without modifications, they usually get it right. However, if you have specific needs or dietary restrictions, it’s best to be cautious. That said, the staff is very friendly. I really wanted to enjoy this location due to their affordable prices, but I felt it was important to share...

I had a very disappointing experience at this location and felt compelled to share. I came in and ordered two sandwiches and two donuts. After paying, I received my sandwiches, but when I asked about the donuts, the cashier (a woman with glasses) told me I was only charged for the sandwiches. I showed her my credit card transaction, which clearly reflected the full charge, including the donuts—complete with the correct time, date, and store location.
Instead of resolving the issue, she insisted she had only charged me for the sandwiches and implied I was lying. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a manager or the owner (who was clearly in the back within view), she told me there was no owner or manager. Her tone was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction.
This wasn’t just about the donuts—it was the way she treated me and another customer who simply wanted to add foam to her coffee. Her attitude was nasty, unprofessional, and completely out of line for someone in customer service.
I won’t be spending another dime at this location. Poor service, disrespectful staff, and no accountability. Avoid if you value your time, money, or...
Read moreI honestly wish I could've given 0 stars. Mediocre coffee/food but amazing employees. Unfortunately, run by an unprepared, overwhelmed, unskilled, rude, unprofessional (I could go on for days) management. Left my car for no longer than 10 minutes and come back to it being towed. The employees apologized and said they pleaded with the owners to not do it as they recognized it was my car, yet to no avail. If the employees recognize the car and beg for it not to happen, but it carries on - it just shows a lack of care for the costumer. After finally being able to contact the owner, or the owner's daughter; I was pleading in a respectful manner for the issue to be resolved and help with the fee or arrangements. All I got was a rude answer of, "If you owned a Dunkin' maybe you could actually afford to pay the tow fee, haha" Nice answer to a costumer trying to contact you over the situation. Refuse to come here again, and if you plan on taking more than 2 minutes, go elsewhere or you'll get towed next. And to the owners, I know you're seeing this, keep up the awesome work!! Amazing people skills!!!! Best of luck in the...
