Bop's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Clinton

Where do I start? About two weeks ago, I pulled up to the drive thru window to order. I waited for about 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me. After helping the customers inside, I watched as employees went to the back and got on their phone as if there weren't two people waiting in the drive-thru line. It took me beeping my horn to get their attention. And when I did get my ice cream, it was sloppily made. I've had better Snappy Turtles at some of the other locations. And I have a little inkling that my ice cream was made that way on purpose, especially when I could see the workers making neater Snappy Turtles for customers on the inside. I'll never return to this location and I'm sure they're okay with that, especially looking at some of the other reviews by certain customers and how they...

I went in today and ordered a shake with 2 toppings. I paid for the shake and signed the receipt. I didn’t leave a tip and the girl waiting on me noticeably frowned at the receipt and then gave me my shake with no toppings after I already paid for them.

I thought the point of tipping was to help alleviate a lower hourly wage for wait staff at restaurants. Am I supposed to tip at bops? It so then the management needs to get their heads out if their butts and pay their workers more so they don’t have to rely on tips.

I had been coming here once a week but I dont want to anymore since the workers are either very petty about tips or the management is being greedy and exploring their workers to a point where they have become bitter over their need for tips....

All of the employees seemed NICE EXCEPT “the intimidated by black people” MANAGER guy.. It’s so hilarious. Poor guy was very ANAL… Go apply for another job BTW JERK!! The peach cobbler had NO peach cobbler at all- Mostly ice cream 🍨. Definitely requested a refund from that🤡 🤔 . I’d do better buying a whole tray of peach cobbler from Walmart for THE SAME PRICE, where it’s NOT “sectioned “ off.. Go lie to the next...
