Came here with my husband and ordered a herb and cheese foot long sandwich with turkey, pepperoni, bacon, provolone, tomato, red onion, cucumber, mayo and vinegar toasted of course. The male employee apparently didn’t hear me say turkey that was literally the first word that came out my mouth after saying Italian herb and cheese foot long. I always order the same sandwich from subway I’m very specific on what I like to eat because of my anxiety I don’t get anything else from subway. I’ve been eating the same sandwich for years!
After eating the first half of my sandwich I noticed it tasted a little off that’s because all I was eating was just bare bacon and pepperoni so the flavor was strong the turkey balances it out. Not to mention I’m pregnant so my flavor palette is more enhanced.
I went up to get my sandwich fixed. He claimed he never heard me say turkey. I asked if their camera has audio to replay it back because they were trying to charge almost 3$ just to add the turkey onto the sandwich that I originally asked for. I shouldn’t of have had to pay for a mistake that I didn’t make. So my husband came back into the store to speak with them because we spent over 30$ on our meal there. They also had some other girl that wasn’t there originally ring us up to charge for the mistake he made. I’m not sure if he was embarrassed and realized what he did but wanted to collect his coins.
But if you’re wondering why I wasn’t completely watching my sandwich being made was because I had to step outside to throw up because I’m pregnant. Overall our experience there was great at first until I noticed the mistake and was almost charged for it. We walked out without having to pay and we are thankful for the mistake being fixed but it shouldn’t have even been almost a 3$ charge to fix a mistake made by the employee .
This is the only reason why I’m giving 1 star. In the future I hope you put your greedy money hungry energy to the side and just fix the sandwich. This will prevent...
Read moreHave been going to this subway my whole life with no issues and always loved it until today. I asked for a cup for water with my sub. The woman at the register handed me the cup. I then proceeded to get water from the soda fountain and went to put a lid on only to see a giant black thing in my water. I freaked OUT! I handed it to her so quick because I was panicking asking “what is that?!” And she poured it slowly in the sink saying nothing as she did so. She was inspecting whatever it was that came out of the soda machine in the sink. I asked again and she goes “it’s just something that fell out of the machine.” Well OBVIOUSLY! Nothing should be falling out of the machine into my drink omg ew 😭 It was the color and size of a roach, or maybe a chunk of black mold.
