Great every day except Sunday.

I don't understand what the issue here is. But first, let me say that I frequent this place. Multiple times a week usually, because they have Thin Ice flavors that are no sugar, no carb, and they are great! The service is sometimes a bit slow, but they are shaving the ice to order, so I get it. It's not just "push a button" like it's a soda fountain. They are friendly, professional, and the products are fantastic all the time! Hardly ever have a bad experience... UNLESS I go on Sunday.

Sundays are rarely super busy, they aren't bogged down. But they seem to care less, be less personable, and every single time - they overfill the snocones with syrup. They use so much syrup that even handing it to you, it seeps down the cup. You pour some out the window, but within driving just 60 seconds, it's already spilling all over your car. The more syrup, the quicker the sno melts, making more mess. I get to my destination (less than a mile away) and my car looks like a crime scene, covered in red syrup. The Sunday crew, for some reason, just drops the ball. Today marks my 5th (and final) Sunday visit in the last 6 months. I'll stick to Monday through Saturday. You should definitely visit, just... in that time period.

My first experience here and it was not good! 3 girls working and they definitely all need a lesson on customer service! They also need to be trained, they where all over the place! I ask one question and they all looked at each other like they had no idea. I order a #6 and a small cherry snow cone. so my #6 was made within 4min but my small snow cone took 13min!! not to make but for me to finally ask what's going on then another 3min for them to finally make it! They didn't even apologize for taking so long! Also there was 4 people after me (who all got there drinks before me � ) and they ruined all of there orders. I think this place should become drive threw only or get a new staff!!! Very...

If I could give 0 stars I would. My hubby took me here tonight (04/02/18) as a surprise because I've been wanting to try it for awhile now. Sitting at the drive thru window waiting for our small birthday vake shaved ice and a regular iced lemonade, no communication at all for 15 minutes. Watched the dark haired girl with glasses reach into the sink and grab a spoon, check it and proceed to use it. It had not been washed. I finally told my husband to just drive away as I was not waiting any longer and had no desire to try the shaved...
