Sprouts Farmers Market — Local services in Clovis

Ok so yesterday Abril 30 2023 around 12:30 pm I was doing a instant cart oder so in one of my oders a customer wanted some meat from the deli so I proceeded to go towards the deli dep. And I was asking for help to one of the employees of the deli dep. He did not want to help me and tells me he was going on he's break and I was standing where they oder the sandwiches and instead of helping me he tells me back away in front of other customers he made me feel so bad not only did I felt bad but embarrassed as well well to make this incident short I had to ask another deli employee for help and he immediately help and was so kind to me so I proceeded to pay the oders and I went to the deli to ask the the deli employee that embarrassed me for he's name and I saw that right in the spot where I was standing asking him for help there was a white lady not that iam racist not at all but I noticed that he didn't said anything to her well I feel that " ALEXES. " The deli employee that embarrassed me discriminated me because of my skin color well I told the manager of the incident she was very understanding kind and she apologize on he's behalf I think sprouts it's a great store to shop fresh fruit veggies in general everything however having employees like ALEX makes the store look bad and thats the reason I have a three star rating I hope that in the future incidents like what happened to me does not happen again because I really love sprouts and if that employee can't stand different races than he shouldn't be working...

I remember two years ago I had driven here from Fresno in search of Tofurkey for Thanksgiving, as the Fresno location I commonly frequent had ran out of.

Never having been to this location, I obviously needed help finding my way around. I politely asked the guy with a black hooded jacket where I could find said product, he merely points in the direction across the whole store, as if I’ll be able to identify the exact product from that point. Needing further specified assistance, I search for a more helpful employee, one that was near him at an empty register (it was near closing time, and no customers were in line at all, just them two employees standing) and the hooded jacket calls out “he can’t leave this area”. NO one was paying in line, and why is it wrong to help a customer?

I walked across the store to hopefully find a nicer employee, and I saw one walking towards the register. I ask him if he could help me find Tofurkey and thankfully he helped me.

However, I do see from other people that have been treated bad here at this location. It only confirms my beliefs of poor treatment. Never again will I ever shop here again. First time here had a bad experience and I wouldn’t want a worse one, so never coming here. The Fresno location is light years ahead in customer service. Love love love Fresno, forever, NOT...

They have a large variety of food that is always expanding including gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegan, keto etc. And some items are labeled that so it can be easier to shop. I was a big fan of Sprouts. I have a low rating because the quality hasn't been good. A lot of items are expired or close to. When I buy fruit it usually molds in a couple days. Employees do not know about the products sold here, which is concerning if employees don't even eat at the store they work at. A lot of items I look for are usually out of stocks. The labels I mentioned earlier are not always accurate. If you have allergies, absolutely do not rely on those. The sushi is usually empty, even in the mornings, and it is mushy, falls apart, has old ingredients or will have bits of other sushi and wasabi on it. It use to be sooo good. Some employees are really nice some seem to upset. I have heard employees openly talking bad about customers. Slamming carts and the looks they give. Sales at this location don't seem as good as the Fresno location. The parking lot is a little hectic. I am at a point where I am not sure if I should continue shopping here or go to another store for a while. Maybe my expectations are high because of how Sprouts use to be? Hopefully things...
