Agent was rude and fail to answer my question and told me that my account wasn’t unlimited, when I just recently upgraded my internet plan to unlimited yesterday. (I was refer by a customer service agent on the phone to go by a Xfinity building and ask to if they would have the new wi-fi model in stock, so that I can just pick it up because I had a delay in my mailing process)
I told the in store agent that even my app show that I have the unlimited wifi. He continued to roll his eye and said you don’t have unlimited. Next, I show him the xfinity app which show the modem model & serial # and ask if he can determine what kind of modem I will be receiving and if they have it in stock. He said no and that he could not determine it while roll his eye again. So I walked out with nothing.
So I did a simple and quick search of the modem# on my phone and according to the web browser it was the new xfinity modem getaway xb8 with the model number that matched to my.

They told me that my return would credit back to my account in 24 hours and I would be able to choose a new phone then. Well 24 hours turned into 6 days. Throughout the 6 day period we would call to follow up to check the status of the account in order to get a new phone. We would be told they would call the corporate office and find out but never called us back to update or they were not at work so they could not check. So I would ask the guy to refer me to someone who was working but the entire staff is operating from the same playbook because the rep who would I would be referred to would say the same thing "let me call and check your status and I will give you a call back" which they did not. So long story short I ended up going to another Xfinity location on shaw ave and within the hour their reps were not only able to clear my issue but I also walked out with a new phone. The difference at the shaw location was that they actually did their job and serviced the customer. Maybe the shaw location should train this Clovis group....

I went here to switch phone carriers and the incompetent employee put all my phones on some other guys account and then called me a couple days later and told me I had to return all my phones and go back to my old carrier. Now 2 weeks later I’m fighting to get my money back for those phones still. Worst experience I’ve ever had I will never ever go back, it’s unbelievable that they are still in business. More to add… after 2 months of dealing with this trash store of them screwing up my account they claimed to have returned the phones that they forced me to return and turns out they never returned them, they probably kept them and sold them and now my account got charged 3000 dollars.
