Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clovis

Have been a customer for years. Ordering two to three times a week. Sat. , ordered six for guests. Am a member of their JJ club, ( have the app on my phone). Was having problems connecting to place my order on line; so I called and advised that I was having problems and ordered two sandwiches . I asked the guy if I could still get the SAVEON2 and he asked if I was a member, looked me up and told me I had a free small sandwich, chips and pickle. I told him I wasn’t interested in redeeming those. He said there would be no problem getting the special save on two. When I got there, he told me it would be $15.99. I asked about the special he told me he would give me which would have made it $11.99. That’s when a tall guy with black hair told me “no, we’re not going to do that because you didn’t order on line”. Lost a good...

What can you say about a sandwich shop that delivers your food in 15 minutes or less? As a Gen X'er I remember when Dominos was 30 minutes or less and these guys blow that out of the water. I ordered a few sandwiches, pickles, chips and a drink for the family. I thought, this will take a while and ran outside to finish the project we were working on. The next thing I knew, the food was here and we were ready to eat. Amazing.

As for the food itself and why this isn't a 5-star review. We had to figure out who's food was who's as two of the sandwiches didn't have a name, just a scribble. Personally, I hate when other people touch my food (yes, even my family, and I know...) and of course it needed to be opened to figure it out. THis has happened a few times.

Pros: Fast, convenient, and good! Cons: THe food may not be labeled...

Eight years since my last Jimmy John's. Needed a quick bite. Walked in, app went wonky on my birthday sub (happens to the best of us). Staff, bless their hearts, were super helpful, unlike most fast-food joints these days. Sorted out the app and even helped me pick a sub. Everyone was friendly - a breath of fresh air compared to the usual burnt offerings and grumpy service. Food's typical Jimmy John's - no frills, just piled high goodness. Perfect for when hunger hits. The real surprise? Happy workers! None of that burnt-fry attitude. Not fancy, but for a quick, less greasy fix, it hits the spot, especially with a crew that seems to enjoy their jobs....
