In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Clovis

I love this location. Today was particularly awesome though. When i ordered my meal I realized i was abt 60 cents short and the server whose name i wish i had noticed, said a previous customer had left 75 cents so i was good to go. The meal was good as always, i ate inside with my 5 year old son. Upon leaving i realized that i left my lights on and my car wouldn't start. I asked a fellow customer if he had cables which he did (thank you John!!) but his car battery wasn't reachable bc it was a fancy BMW haha. So i asked the drive thru associate if maybe one of the empoyees could help me. He radioed inside and said someone would be out with their car but we needed John's cables. Joshua was the one who showed up to jump me, i saw him run to his car to drive over to me. He actually apologized that it had taken so long, that they had sent another associate but HIS battery ended up being dead! Anyway, it's hard asking for help so i want to thank the associates at this location for going above and beyond, it really made my night and definately solidified this location as my all time favorite. Also, pretty rad fellow customers who are willing to wait and eat their meal while some strange chick uses their jumper cables, when i know he was gonna take his food home to enjoy. Good karma all...

In n out is a pretty quick and easy place to go if you go at the right times. Usually it's crowded but I don't really know why anymore. The last 3 times I've been there (today is my last attempt, three strikes you're out) the food has been utterly disappointing..

The meat is paper thin and still has been undercooked, the middle of my meat was pink and I didn't realize it until the big cold bite I took and all the uncooked meat stuck between all of my front teeth! Pretty nauseating for a 7 month pregnant lady to say the least. I am really hoping it doesn't make me ill.

How it was undercooked, I have no idea- since it took well over 15 minutes to get our food. The bun was dripping soggy, and the fries are a lot more disappointing recently as well, limp and soggy with oil, not really hot and just dull in general. I even ordered animal style to liven it up a bit this time. Still, not appetizing.

If you want a quality burger and fries for the same price, don't waste your time at in n out n clovis. There is a Habit burger right around the corner which will give you a quality burger and a variety of sides every time. I will only go to habit from here on out. (OR five guys if I'm on that...

The service here is always wonderful, the food is good. The customers visiting here not so much xD

I had an incident recently where a lady with a barn full of kids in a drive thru decided she should complain about the rudeness of the car behind her, to the worker cashing her out. The car behind her was me and I literally did nothing at all that was worth noting as "rudeness". She and her kids just glared at me through there open windows and it made me super uncomfortable and just made my anxiety worse.

If anything she should have been self-aware, I only ordered fries, not 15 giant meal combos like her. Btw I should mention she kept breaking in an extremely weird way, almost like she wanted me to hit her on purpose, so maybe she was an insurance scammer of some sort. Weird people everywhere I swear. Stay safe you guys and be weary of people like these even in drive thru'.

I feel bad for the workers that have to deal with trashy customers like that lady. I've never once had an issue with the workers. So a note to visitors of this location, have some class and decency or go to...
