Definitely the best breakfast in Fresno! We were told it was the best but that it is always full in the mornings so we came to Jo’s late morning. It was so packed! We were 6th on a waitlist and almost didn’t stay but we weren’t rushed for time and the food looked so good we decided to be patient. So worth it! Also that being said with 6 groups in front of us we were at a table eating our breakfast in less than 45min. The staff is amazing, they definitely have a routine down and it works! Even though every table was full and the staff were running in circles it was organized circles haha our coffee cups were never empty, sides or extras asked for were quickly at our table, as soon as a table left it was cleaned and someone else sat. We were very impressed at how the place ran so smoothly. Now the food, it was amazing!!! Many places boast to have the best biscuits and gravy so my husband tries them all. In many places we found that the gravy while good still has a flour taste. Not even a hint of that here! Per my husband its the best biscuits and gravy he's had. Also their cinnamon roll french toast was super yummy! For us definitely a shareable thing for the table because its so rich. If you have a sweet tooth when it comes to breakfast order this! Looking forward to coming again and even waiting in line as its very much worth the wait.

There's definitely a hype to this place, but they don't have enough help on Sat mornings. (Hopefully not indicative of not paying their help well.) Large portions so the price point is fine -- plan to split dishes! But can't really recommend going on a Sat morning about 9:30am. If you want a leisurely breakfast to sit and visit with relatives (Clovis was out meet-halfway point, so we were eating breakfast before saying goodbye), find a less-crowded place. We were fine preparing to wait, but then had to ask for server to come out -- fine because they're busy. But then when the food came out we didn't get refills. At the end of the meal, we were chatting and the lady asked us to move because they had a line a mile long. I get that, but again I would rather go elsewhere and not be rushed. If this is treated more as delicious, expensive, fast food -- then go here. If expecting a delicious, leisurely time to catch up over a meal, this is not your place, at least on a Sat morning.

First visit and it was delicious! I got the pork chop breakfast and it was flavorful. They have booths and tables. Small quaint place but they stay busy. The ladies made rounds to the tables to see how we were doing. The fellas aren't as customer oriented but the ladies make up for it. They cooked the eggs exactly the way I asked. The pork chops were nice size and had flavor. The biscuit was huge and soft enough that it didn't crumble when you ate it. My buddy ordered the spicy tri tip sandwich and said it was delicious as well. It came on toasted bread and had a great smoky flavor. My grandson had the bacon cheeseburger. He said it was good as well. We give it thumbs up and will be back. They serve coca-cola products. I tried not to order a soda but someone else had one and I could see the bubbles. I couldn't resist. It was on point. They also have lemonade. Great place off Shaw and Willow next to Pep Boys and Japanese Kitchen.

Decided to try this place for a Sunday Brunch arrived around 0930 and there was people waiting outside and a line at the register. We had placed our name on the wait list and there was about 6 people ahead of us and we were told it was about a 20 mins wait. We waited and got called in about 30 mins. Got seated and promptly got waters and menus. This place is a little small and it was really busy. My bf and I typically know what we want everytime we have breakfast so we were upset at the fact that we waited about 10 mins for someone to take our orders. We were literally looking around to see if anyone was coming back to help us. One of the workers might have noticed and sent someone over. When one of the workers came and apologized and said she was going to go ahead and help "her" take our orders (assuming she was talking about the server who was in charge of our table). They lady that came and took our order was very nice. I order the Kody Combo which included 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes or french toast. My bf ordered the Country Fried steak combo. The food was good it tasted like any other typical breakfast place which is a great thing. I love how the portions are huge. My bf also enjoyed his meal expect the country fried streak he felt the flavor wasn't there and it was "mushy" on the inside.

Overall, I appreciated how fast they turned the tables over to accommodate the crowd. They have a huge beautiful menu. They serve breakfast all day and they have lunch menu. They give discounts to military, seniors and Fresno State Student's all with valid ID. The wait was a bit long however, the food was good and the workers were nice I would definitely come back to try...

Name really says it all..... Jus average. Slow service for food, one cook maybe? Lots of coffee refills . Loud and small space. Had a long wait for very salty food. I pity the folks who sold their food before. Staff became rude as we finished breakfast and we were basically asked to leave to make room for other people waiting. I think when you pay the amount of money we had to pay $20 before tip each, a person should be allowed to relax a bit after eating instead of being rushed out the door. I really don't understand the attraction or the line of people that were waiting. Manager/head waitress? Was rude. Will not recommend at all.

Now in response to this review I'll update, number one I don't lie. We were not served in 10 minutes ! it took that long to get coffee. The service was poor and the food was average that's my opinion I don't care who likes it or doesn't. I don't give out negative reviews very often. But the rudeness of being asked to leave regardless of turnover, is unacceptable. Sadly we live in a turn and burn society especially when it comes to food service. Don't be concerned Mr manager or whoever you are, you won't have to worry about further negative written reviews as myself and mypaert will not return. but I will refuse to refer you to anybody I know. Also I find it interesting that you seem to know who I am and how quickly I got served? I think you might be a liar or somebody's lying to you about how quickly your service was moving. Might look into that if I was a manager. Call the owner. Have a nice day and a great life best...

I usually have great experiences here. I reccomend this place to all of my friends and family. The waiters are always friendly. I absolutely love this place. Today I bought my wife and son for lunch. We ordered and were waiting for our food for a while (about 30 min) Which we understand because it is always packed due to it's popularity. While waiting, I happened to notice that a burger was sitting under the heating lamp for about 20 minutes. I was hoping it wasn't mine..But eventually it was bought to our table. We sent it back and the cook instantly got loud and irate and insisted that he just made the burger. He did just make a burger but it was for a different table. I had an eye on that particular burger hoping that I would not get it because we saw it sitting for so long. So after giving an attitude and yelling in spanish (which was directed at our table) the cook waits one minute and gives me the same burger only this time it is microwaved. I refused it and told the lovely waitress that I was not hungry due to the cook's attitude. My wife and son still ate. Their food was good. But during their meal I could still hear the cook continue to gripe and yell in spanish about the burger. I was very angry and wanted to say something but like I said previously, I love this restaurant. I love the staff. I love the food. This one really hurts. Maybe the cook was having an off day but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Especially because I speak Spanish and understood what he was saying about me...
