Worst experience out of all my experiences as a customer. I am actually someone who has experienced these cakes multiple times but never have I ever had an experience like the one I had yesterday. After spending almost $200 on customized cakes, of course us customers had to wait in line for our pick up orders (that is not the problem because we knew the circumstances) the problem is that my daughter simply asked if she could have her name written down for her order because your owner was playing favoritism as to which cakes she was bringing out to customers in line instead of doing it a professional way.. the owner of your business walks up into my daughters personal space, directly in her face just to tell her that she can receive a refund because she’s the owner of the company and refuses her business... she tells my daughter that she can get out of line and call back later but she also says that when my daughter calls back she will not answer. So, how would have my daughter received her refund if your owner refused that too? Mind you, there were several other people that were walking directly up to her and getting in her face (my daughter never did) in which she did not tell anyone else the same thing she had told my daughter.. we just spent almost $200 on customized cakes to receive this type of service? My daughter went inside to try to speak to the owner to tell her that she just wanted her name on the list just like every other customer. Your owner told their workers in the front to not converse with my daughter in which other customers started to tell the owner to listen to my daughter (your customer) because she was just trying to talk to your owner just like every other customer was.. after the other customers spoke, your owner finally pulled my daughter to the side and instead of actually giving her a chance to speak , your owner embarrassed my daughter not only in front of your workers but also in front of other customers inside of the store.. my daughter had to beg for your owner to give us the customized cakes we had ALREADY ORDERED AND PURCHASED a week before pick up! Not to mention, she made my daughter cry as she embarrassed her in front of other customers, in which a customer had her own daughter go up to my daughter and hand her a piece of tissue because she was so embarrassed of your owner’s behavior.. all of this behind writing down a customer’s name?.. Read moreAs an avid fan of cupcakes and a firm believer in supporting local businesses, it is with a heavy heart that I write this review for Nothing Bundt Cake. While the cupcakes themselves were delightful, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of warmth and customer service skills exhibited by the employees.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted with indifference by the staff. Their demeanor seemed detached and uninterested in assisting customers. A warm smile or a friendly greeting can make a world of difference, turning an ordinary transaction into a memorable experience. Unfortunately, this aspect was sorely lacking during my visit.
Moreover, the employees' communication skills left much to be desired. When I asked questions about the different cupcake flavors or requested recommendations, I received curt and unhelpful responses. It felt as though my inquiries were an inconvenience to them. A genuine willingness to engage with customers, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations is essential in creating a welcoming environment.
It is too bad because every time I come to pick up their product, it is always a hit. Hopefully the management can pay attention to some of these complaints. I used to work in food service so I get it. I do not want to start critiquing a girl during her shift and end up all over tiktok, so I will be giving this establishment one...

I shouldn’t have even gone through with eating the cake after what I saw/experienced, but with HOW MUCH I paid for it, I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt that the cake would still be good - I was wrong. So first, this elderly lady “helps” me (help in quotations because she was absolutely rude to me for no reason. Just cold, glaring, and giving off a threatening nature you wouldn’t expect from a Bundt cake shop) and gets my cake order COMPLETELY wrong. I asked for lemon frosting, she gave me a basic vanilla cream? That’s not even the worst - if it was I wouldn’t be bothering to write this. I found a hair in my cake. Hair. EW.
