Sweet Caroline’s Village Ice Cream — Restaurant in Cocoa

Completely blatantly ignored by the old and rude blonde lady sitting at the counter. We walked in, excited for ice cream, and we said hello to her even though she did not speak to us and seemed beyond miserable. She did not smile or say anything, just stared at us. We continued to ask how she was doing, but she still stared at us blankly. It was offensive and extremely strange to attempt to speak with someone who is supposed to be serving you and they do not say a single word back. Isn’t that what she is paid for? My fiancé and I looked at each other with confusion and walked out immediately.

I loved coming here as a child, but this employee really left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope to come back and have an entirely different experience with another employee who appreciates their job.

There are many many bad reviews about this person so she must be an owner if she is still around. They’re lucky they are in a great location, that is the only way they could ever stay...

My kids range from 15yo to 2yo. My oldest and I used to come all the time when we played at the park. We liked it over Ossorio because of the atmosphere of the “traditional ice cream shop” vibe. Ice cream is regular/generic ice cream shop, nothing show stopping but we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, come baby 2 and 3 and we were no longer able to patron the establishment. There is absolutely no way to get in the store with a stroller, at all unless you have help carrying the stroller up and down two narrow steep steps. I don’t trust anyone to keep the stroller outside and am a single parent without help to watch the kids outside. It sucks because we don’t even go to the park anymore because they want to go to the ice cream shop and we can’t. Even if you finally get into the store with a stroller, you’re not going to be able to...

🧐The ice cream place is no longer run by original owner the new owner don't serve properly the amount for the money plus new owner cut some of services that was in the manual and they are very greedy people at this place i used to buy coffee, sandwich and ice cream and now i don't anymore because the new staff don't know how to make coffee or serve, they serve in small portions, lazy, place not clean and some staff don't great 🙎to costumes also the front of store used to be Capt clean and now it is dirty with sticky spot on tables or banch aren't clean after every costumes used and they haven't got a handicap ramp by the entrance at the entrance front door step are to hight for elderly or handicap people and restroom 🚻🩼 aren't design for handicap 🦼🦽 🧑‍🦼🧑‍🦯🧑‍🦽♿ it's to small, but for regular👪 people isn't a problem...
