Moonshine PBK is hands down the best vegan restaurant around! Their buffalo drumsticks are fall-off-the-bone amazing—spicy, tender, and so good. Our family is addicted to the breakfast menu which has so many amazing options. One of my favorites is the biscuits and gravy Benedict whichis a revelation, with a realistic yolk that’s pure wizardry, and downright indulgent. The Southern omelet is a hug from the South, packed with bold flavors like sausage and cheddar that’ll make your taste buds two-step.

Outside of breakfast, their sandwiches and burgers steal the show. The patty melt is a gooey, savory masterpiece, while the blue burger brings a bold kick with the mock blue cheese that’s pure perfection. My wife’s favorite is the buffalo chicken salad—crisp, zesty, and loaded with just the right amount of heat to keep things exciting.

Owners Lauren and Chris are the heart and soul of this place—friendlier than family, and so knowledgeable about their art. They make every visit feel like a family reunion, only with better food and no awkward small talk. Moonshine PBK is a must-visit for soul-warming eats and unbeatable vibes! The staff, Gage and Ciara, are total rockstars—down-to-earth, attentive, and so kind you’ll feel like you’re dining with friends. If you are in Brevard you must visit Moonshine PBK as they have got the friendly vegan...

I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now. Although I’m not vegan, I love trying new spots and different foods. All I can saw is WOW. The patty melt..delicious! The sandwich blew me away from the patty to the delicious melted cheese and onions and add the perfectly toasted rye bread! Wow. The fries were perfection. Crispy yet soft enough, seasoned perfectly. I asked for a side of mayo and I couldn’t tell the difference between the vegan mayo they serve and my reg mayo at home. It may even be been better. On top of the food, the vibe is so chill. It is gorgeous inside, a laid back spot that you can tell is full of love for fresh delicious food. The owners are super kind and were attentive. They answered all my silly vegan questions with a smile. They are a MUST try in Brevard. There’s nothing like it in Brevard! I’ll be back to try more on the menu, so much to choose from....

I recently had the pleasure of dining at MoonShine A Plant Based Kitchen with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter, and it was an incredible experience. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the Turkey Bacon Avocado Melt with the Kind Cleaver Turkey, and it reminded me why Kind Cleaver is the king of vegan meats. My wife had the shrimp po boy, and I can honestly say, for the first time since I became vegetarian a decade ago, I had a "shrimp". The texture, the flavor…honestly I have no idea how they did it, but it was spot on. Our daughter also enjoyed her nuggies, which made the experience even more delightful.

I highly recommend MoonShine A Plant Based Kitchen to anyone looking for delicious food. The flavors, quality, and overall dining experience were top-notch. If you're looking for a specific dish to try, I highly recommend the shrimp po boy – it's a must-try! We will definitely...

Wow, heard about this place from friends and decided to give it a try. Small place, seats about 30. They have only been open about a month. My wife and I split a beer - Hawaiian Lion (out of Sarasota I think) - Coconut Porter. Wow, I don't drink coffee and I am not wild about coconut but the flavor combination was exquisite. I almost ordered a second one. I ordered the shrimp scampi and my wife ordered the chagrined steak dinner (both mushroom based). The textures and flavors of both were really good. The "steak" was juicy and stayed tender throughout the meal. My shrimp looked like shrimp and the texture (I am a texture guy) was very close. And they were able to handle my onion allergy. We will definitely be back, probably with friends! This is a start up so I am really excited to see what it looks like (or tastes like) in another month!!

First visit - went between 9:30 and 10 am on a Wednesday. It’s a lovely smaller venue, and at the time there were about 3-4 other diners, so it wasn’t noisy at all. Unlike some of the higher traffic locations, the background music was really the only noticeable sound. (Great if you’re ready for some place you can have a conversation with your meal!) I like the creativity of the menu offerings - so many interesting meatless options! In the end, I chose the California Potatoes, which combines diced potatoes with Kind Cleaver meat substitutes, avocado slices, Hollandaise sace, and garden vegetables for a very attractive and tasty breakfast (see photo). There are quite a few intriguing picks I want to try on future visits, but this was was a great first meal, especially the excellent service from my server Gage G. Definitely recommend!

Amazing new little upscale vegan place by the owners of Pucker Up food truck! They always knock everything out of the park with some of the highest quality food I’ve had! You can’t go wrong with anything you order, but I personally love the lemon herbed linguine with chicken and the Korean bbq tacos! My partner loved the patty melt, and the fries are to die for! They have the most unique and tasty seasoning I’ve ever had on fries. I also visited for weekend brunch, which goes until 2pm on weekends and breakfast is until 11am on weekdays. The Florentine crepe was yummy! Parking is free and all around Cocoa village, but can be difficult especially on weekend and evenings because the lots next door are a towing risk. You may get one of the few spots right in front or have to walk a few minutes but it’s a great and lively area.
