I love Wing Stop, go there almost EVERY SUNDAY, most of the employees know my order by heart, BUT TODAY they were insanely rude and irrational!... they were out of Unsweetened Tea, and since my girlfriend can't drink soda, she was forced to drink water, I took it upon myself to buy the tea next door, came back, and sat down while we waited for our order. When I sat down the skinny blonde cashier demanded that I leave because I'm not allowed to have a drink from another place in their dinning area... I let her know what the situation was, (that she was out of tea) but she did not seem to care, called whom I think was the manager, and in a louder tone, asked me to leave.
I asked her what was the issue, and she literally said "We want our customers to spend their money on our drinks, you have to buy a drink here." I angrily told her "No, we're going to stay here, put the drink in one of your cups if you want, but this makes no sense to me, you are OUT OF THE TEA I ORDERED"... seriously wtf is wrong with these people, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH MORE RESPECT, AND MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR A CUSTOMER THAT GOES TO YOUR LOCATION SO OFTEN!!!...THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGIZED OR SAY EXCUSE ME OR ANYTHING, I SHOULD HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK AND THROW THE DAMN TEA IN THEIR FACES, RUDE LITTLE PRICKS. And another complaint while I'm at it, they are always pretending to close earlier then what their hours say on the site or what use to be on the door, I'm guessing they want to save a little bit of money at the end of the night but this is going to drive MORE...
Read moreI stopped going to Wingsstop over 4 years ago, foods quality and service was terrible back then and left me a bad taste about the company.
Last week and today I decided to try them out as not many good places to eat are open till 11 around here so I tried them out again. I was so surprised and happy with my meal I tried them out today for a 2nd time this week and they tasted amazing again!!! I was there at 1040 (which usually if you order food this late, a restaurant won’t care about your order) but they did. Fries were fresh and hot, chicken was good and crispy along with plenty of sauce for dipping. Price is definitely fair for all that you get. (I got the 22$ meal with 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders with large fries and 3 sauces) everything was top tier and me and my gf had leftovers for the next day.
I also see a lot of people complaining on here about how much time it takes them to make the food, but I’ve seen them cooking and all food is cooked to order! So why be mad about time when the quality is this good? The guy at the register was very nice and professional and got my order out quickly after I asked for it at pickup. Overall 5 stars! Thank you and huge shout out to the cooks that were there at 1030pm on 5/11. Please give them some sort of recognition because it’s hard to find good employees these days and they definitely deserve it. I am now a loyal wingstop...
Read moreTerrible experience. I hate that I am just getting to this. I visited this location on a Thursday night about 2 weeks ago. I called to place an order at 730pm at which I was informed it would be 30 minutes for my meal to be ready. I left the house at 8pm. I paid for my food at 808pm, at that time the cashier asked if I'd like my drink now or when I got my food, I asked how long before my food she tells me 15 minutes. I walk out the door and sit in the car for 20. Go back inside and inquire of my meal again and she says it will be another 10 minutes. As I'm waiting I see 3 bags sitting on the ready to go cart. Around 850pm I just asked for a refund. It's been an hour and 20 minutes since I placed the order. 8 wings and fries. Nothing else. When I asked for the refund the next cashier ask the cook for the meal, the cook states it was already made and points at one of the bags on the ready to go cart. So at this point my meal has been sitting there at least 20 minutes ready. The name on the bag has Sally, I have no idea who Sally is. The cashier then proceeds to hang me the bag, I said no, I don't want that, it's been sitting there for at least 20 minutes, because I saw it when I walked back in.
