Pat’s Brew House is named after a mythical Wyoming figure by the name of Pat O’Hara. Read the story about him I posted. We were traveling through on our way from Yellowstone to Mount Rushmore and found this restaurant on Google Maps. Pat’s Brew House is a great find. We learned this is the only all women owned brewhouse in the state of Wyoming. Chad was are server. He’s great especially because he is a St Louis Cardinals fan!! We met one of the owners. Her name is “Nora”. She’s from Memphis. She’s so sweet. Pat’s Brew House is owned by four ladies. I’m certain the other 3 owners are as great as Nora. This place is under rated. It deserves 5 stars!!!

The recent owner has made some great improvements. The food is always fresh with great ingredients, always well prepared and delicious. They have a great selection of craft beers to please any palate. There's indoor seating accommodates for per table with standard tables, high tables, and seating for another dozen or so people around the bar. They also have outdoor seating during nicer weather. One of my favorite local spots!

My husband and I came here for lunch. He had the beer brat and I had the curry chicken salad wrap, they both came with house cut fries. Everything was so delicious! The chicken salad was so light tasting and fresh. The brat was flavorful. The fries were excellent as was the service. My husband had the Agatha amber and I had a pear cider, we both enjoyed our beverages. I'd definitely come back!

Went to Pat's on 6/21/2023 because it had a higher average review than other restaurants in Cody during our visit. I am a professional chef and have worked all positions in the food industry (back of house, front of house, management etc), so I am very aware of what is expected and what could possibly be going on.

Our server was good - there were 4 bartenders on hand that were also in charge of all the tables. Our drinks were quickly received and they do let you taste their brews before deciding what you want. After finishing my drink, it did take a solid 10 minutes before I had to ask for water. The food is average, nothing special to recommend, and not particularly worth going back for. We sat for 45 minutes, after ordering, for our food to come out. I got a burger that was fine - jest a burger, but my fries were cold and "limp", not crisp/fried. The salad that was order was "okay", the walnuts were not candied as listed, and the spinach leaves still had their stems on them (up to 2" long).

I respect those that are in the food industry because I've been there, and I get it. I don't know if the kitchen was short staffed and that is why the food was sub-par, but I would expect that at the height of tourist season things would flow more smoothly and quality would be more important that what I...

Cody, WY was base camp for a recent trip to Yellowstone and we stopped in here and were pleasantly surprised by how great the food and service was! Some of the other local eats were underwhelming, and every time we drove by this place it looked full and lively so my husband and I decided to give it a try. Our server was very kind and attentive, and made sure to check in on us often without intruding. We got the pretzel bites appetizer, the fried spicy chicken sandwich, a cheeseburger, a passion fruit Moscow mule, and an old Fashioned. The pretzel bites were hot, so soft, and the dipping cheese was great! My husband said the burger was delicious and my sandwich was so good (and not overly sauced like you get in some places)! You can tell they definitely make things in house, and their sweet potato fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails were a little on the sweeter side for both of us, but overall were still very good. We would definitely dine here again if we’re in the area and would recommend it as a great locally owned...

We spent three days in Cody visiting the Museums. Overall, Cody was quite disappointing when it comes to restaurant food. But Pat's Brew House food was the worst we had. Poor tasting, greasy starch. (We had egg rolls, beer brat and fish & chips. Possibly the worst choice we could have made.) Their beer is nothing to write home about, either. (The pictures posted about their food look great, but this was not how our food looked like when it arrived upon ordering.) The icing on the cake were the bartenders/servers. They seemed to be grumpy from the get go. We felt that they certainly did not want us to be there that Friday afternoon. We were seriously wondering if they were grieving the loss of a friend or pet; we tried to make some friendly small talk - cheer them up a bit. Didn't work. We couldn't come up with a possible explanation why they hated us so much. Maybe because we looked like tourist from out of town? We certainly won't go back to find out. They seemed a bit more friendly with the few...
