★★★★★ Food quality ★★★★★ Service ★★★★☆ Ambiance ★★★★★ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★★★ Overall experience On a recent Saturday night, after working a grueling 16-hour shift, I was craving something hearty and delicious for a late-night dinner. So, I turned to the Burger King official app and ordered a Double Whopper and a small fries for just $7. As I walked into the restaurant, I was struck by how busy it was, filled with couples and groups of people enjoying their meals. The drive-thru line was lengthy, with hungry patrons waiting eagerly to be served a meal fit for a king. Within the kitchen, a team of staff members swiftly navigated between stations, working diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While I waited patiently for my order, I took the opportunity to observe my surroundings. The interior of the restaurant was cleverly arranged to maximize usable space, with little decor on the walls. However, each table featured a paper crown, reminding patrons of the royal standard of service and food quality they would receive. I couldn't help but notice that the place was starting to show its age and could benefit from a renovation. The strong smell of cooking oil and grilled meat wafted through the air, clinging to my clothes long after I left. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long for my order, and I settled into a booth away from the bustling crowds. My order arrived in a generic paper bag, and I could feel the warmth emanating from it. Upon opening the bag, I discovered that my food was piping hot - a testament to the benefits of visiting a restaurant during its busiest hours. I carefully squeezed the packaged ketchup onto the wax paper that had been used to wrap my burger and sampled a few fries first. They were hot and delicious, with a mouth-melting quality that stimulated my appetite. I then took a bite of the thick, juicy Double Whopper that was neatly arranged before me. Immediately, a sense of nostalgia washed over me, and memories of past flame-grilled burgers flooded my mind. The sandwich featured two white sesame buns, lightly seared on the inside, two flame-grilled meat patties, slices of tomato, onions, pickles, lettuce, and a dash of ketchup and mayo. The buns were soft and fluffy, creating a perfect foundation for the other ingredients. Although the grilled patties were a bit bland, they still offered a long-lasting, meaty flavor that made up for their lack of seasoning. The ketchup and mayo added some sweetness while also strengthening the savory flavor of the patties, and the pickles provided a much-needed tanginess to each bite. The burger was filling and delicious, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that lingered on my tongue. As the first fast food restaurant I ever visited, Burger King holds a special place in my heart. This particular location, in my neighborhood, has consistently delivered cheap yet delicious meals, making it my go-to spot for satisfying my burger cravings. The parking lot may be small, but I have never had trouble finding a spot, and there is always space available in a nearby lot if needed. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of a cheap, filling meal, no matter the time or day...
Read moreThey didn't do anything wrong. I stopped by but, they were closed. I didn't get to order that day. But, in the past I ordered through the drive through and everything was fine at the Bevis restaurant by Walmart. The other store by Northgate made a few errors, and every time I stopped by there I end up having to go back around to the pick up window for something that they forgot to put in the bag. The one on Galbraith Rd @ the corner of Goodman Ave left me angry and speechless. The cashier rang it up the wrong way, I asked for condiments and the shift leader acted as if it was coming out of her pocket, she raised her voice to me in a very disrespectful manner, and the cashier gave me the wrong change twice. I understand that it can be stressful and that people get tired. However, you should never take it out on your customers. I called their headquarters to complain and they told me to go to their website which only pulled up an order form. I wasn't trying to buy food. I avoided that location for awhile until my mom wanted to stop by and get her 2 fo $5 deal that went up to ,$6.00. I prefer the restaurant in Bevis in the Walmart Plaza on Colersin Avenue, Colerain Township, past the Cobblestone Shopping Plaza. I usually stop by after I've completed shopping at several stores and I'm too tired to go home and cook. They usually have a great attitude at that location. Since you're asking me about my stopping by 2wks ago when I didn't get food, I went on and did the survey for the times that I did. My mom is elderly so she gets treated well every where she goes. I was probably stopping by for her. She got her food without complaint. It was early in the day. They loaded her sandwich the way she likes it so she was happy. I wish I had received the same treatment at that Galbraith Rd location. So, I give the Galbraith Rd location 3⭐. I give the Northgate store 3.75⭐, and I give the Bevis store in the Walmart...
Read moreThe manager Jennille ought to be fired, or placed on a 1 week suspension at least. This woman doesn't know how to interpet mobile pick up orders.
She is very inappropriate with customers when she becomes frustrated. The staff she supervises modeled how to handle a difficult situation, was calm, listened, and figured out where my order was all while she lied and said it was given away already, but it was still sitting in the mobile app queue to be filled.
Jennille definitely needs training on Communication skills and learn how to listen to understand instead of listening to respond. Perhaps is has some internal remorse because she is a middle age woman working in fast food. Who knows. One thing is for sure is that this restaurant just lost out on making $80 monthly from my family and how knows how much more from my friends because I am spreading the word.
If you are thinking about going to this Burger King, save yourself the drama and go up the road to McDonald's instead. The management there is much...
