I deleted my 5 star review (this used to be my favorite location) and am updating to 1 based on my most recent experience- I ordered via the Chick-fil-A app, using a reward that I received from Western Hills. Everything went through on my end and the amount on my confirmation was correct. When I got to the window, I was told I couldn’t use my reward since it came from another location and I could call Chick Fil A Cares for a refund. I don’t ever order the chicken sandwich, I only did this time because it was supposed to be free. But since she said customer service would refund, I didn’t hold up the line by ordering something else. Well, when I called a couple hours later the phone rep was very unhelpful and told me there are no issues with the app that would prevent me from using the reward since they are accepted at all locations- which I already knew because I have used rewards from different locations all the time. She said to refresh my app and try again. I told her I was no longer at the restaurant and just needed a refund. She told me no. I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then the line disconnected.
Side note- I ordered fruit with the kids meal so I can give that to the baby and a large fry to share with the kid. Instead, I got fries with the kids meal so the baby did not get anything.

As I am immigrant/us citizen, I have very strong passion on bussines and I pay close attention for any positive or negative service expriance I get or even been witnessed. Even though the first rule in Business world is "customer first", almost 98% of business out there is "money first" kind of attitude. But I finally able to found chick-fil-A who go by "customer first" boom! I love it!!! I don't give 5🌟 with out enough reason but chick-fill-A truly deserve more than just clicking the star. I mean, I love the way they treat customer, the food is more healthier compair to other fast food restaurants, price is very reasonable, extremely fast service, energized employee's, very polite "my pleasure" is their main word to serve, free refill, the playground? Read moreI visit this Chick-fil-a location a couple times a month. I normally go on a weekday between 10am-10:30am for breakfast and find that their drive thru normal doesn't have a long line. Today there were four cars ahead of me which is the busiest I've seen it and they only have one drive thru lane open during the morning (I'm not sure if more are open at lunch time). They move pretty quickly and are friendly there. I always get the same thing, chicken, egg and cheese on a bagel add tomato and colby jack cheese instead of American cheese and a large vanilla iced coffee. Yum!
I've received the wrong food once (the lady misunderstood what I ordered and they corrected it quickly) and twice I've received the iced coffee with no vanilla but didn't notice until I got home. Those were thrown away because I don't like the taste of plain coffee.
