I like the store but feel like some employees are shady or just dont know there own policy I bought a defective wired solar fade controller and tryed to return it for my money back or a replacement and they said they could not do that and it says on the back of the receipt it says if items are defective you can return the item within 30 days and i only had it for a week and a half. The associate who answered the phone said that I would have to come into the store and look on the shelf myself. I have been in numerous GameStop stores. Most of the stores are not that large.
