Taco Bell — Restaurant in Colerain Township

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Bar none. Have had a Taco Bell a few miles down the road from me for years. Always been excellent. Food cooked, hot, fresh, and they don't skimp on the ingredients. This location opened up and I was ecstatic to have one 5 min from my home. They were good for the first to second month, (staff went out of way to be kind, and to make up for any issues, and food was great), but it went all downhill from there. Wait staff is most always apathetic and I have frequently seen them "screwing around" instead of focusing on doing their jobs. After the past 5 visits (no, i don't know why i keep going back... false hope it will get better, maybe?), in which I've ordered the same thing each time (3 chicken mini quesadillas, 1 frito burrito), my food is never cooked, and has very little ingredients. We got a quesarito box tonight, and I kid you not, there was less than an inch of meat, and literally, a pinch worth of cheese on the tacos that came with it. For my uncooked/grilled mini quesadillas, they usually have bits of tomato in them for some reason, (just supposed to be shredded chicken, cheese, and spicy sauce), and a crap ton of the spicy sauce, as if to make up for the lack of heat from cooking it with spice. There hasn't been one time the frito burrito hasn't made my stomach hurt afterwards. As I said, the one I've gone to down the street has never once been anywhere close to this bad. I called to speak with a supervisor, not to get free food, but to at least try to make them aware of the issues (i'm apparently not the only one having them), and while she said she'd "speak with her cook", and that if I mentioned her name when I came in next, they would "make sure my food was made right", that and a sorry was all that was offered. No attempts to make it right otherwise, and I felt a lack of conviction in her voice. Some people may have o.k. experiences here. I did in it's early days. But those days...

If I could give zero stars I would. When approaching the order window we asked for 2 separate orders due to multiple people being in the car wishing to order. The woman speaking said we arent doing separate orders at this time. We proceeded with our order and majority of my order o was informed they arent making including nacho fries. We go to the pay window, pay, then she throws the food through the window and says goodnight. We drove away and called the store to see if we could speak with the manager because the situation was handled poorly to begin with. When she answers the phone we simply asked for a manager or district manager and if there wasnt one in to simply give us a phone number, she said she wouldn't do that, we asked for her name, she refused to even just give us her first name to identify, she hung the phone up on us. We called back got a gentleman, proceeded to ask the same questions and the previous woman grabbed the phone and said we arent going to give you the manager or dm, we asked for corporate number she said they didnt have that, then she told is she was the manager of the resturaunt. We let her know that we would be trying to get in touch with corporate another way about this awful experience. She just said yeah...

I don't even want to give a star but it's making me to be able to post this. We went threw the drive thru tonight and not only the service was extremely slow but our food was ice cold and I'm not exaggerating. Plus it was just slopped together. And when I went back threw the drive thru to have it remade one of the employees came to the window to tell us to pull forward without his uniform shirt on and just had a muscle shirt on. I'm sorry but that's unprofessional and kind of gross that he is cooking food not in proper attire. And then used our bag of new food to block the wind to light his cigar and blew the smoke all in the bag and in my car and I can't be around smoke. Then we was missing some of the new food and he said he was not aloud to give it to us. We paid for it. Then our tostada was still slopped together and it was only a half of one. And they was more concerned with these two young girls standing outside waiting on their ride then fixing what they screwed up twice with our order. I will not come back to this taco...
