Where to begin... first off I've had a sincere love for Aldi. I've shopped there for years because quality and pricing for food was amazing. Although there store remodels look nice it was probably unnecessary because prices have gone way up, so much that I might as well shop at my local grocery store. Not to mention customer service hasn't gotten any better. This particular Aldi I went to I had never shopped at before, so I don't know if it was an "off day" for this store or what. Most of the Produce was rotten. There were only 2 ppl working register on a Saturday and the price tags are confusing because tags aren't lined up with the item but luckily I know how to read lol. I was charged the wrong price for an item and it was explained to the manager. I noticed that in a couple short interactions with her, 1st when explaining to her about the rotten produce and then the price adjustment to my purchase, she had a visibly apparent attitude. I don't know if she was having a hard time, bad day or what, but in customer service you should smile and apologize to a customer for the...
Read moreI just love shopping at Aldi. They have come a long way since they first launched, and this location is my favorite so far. First, we all know the prices are excellent. They developed their own brand of products, which taste excellent BTW! The produce section carries lower volumes than other stores, maybe that's why they are so fresh. Finally, it just simplifies the shopping experience in general. Let's face it! Who needs to carry 7 different brands of canned tomatoes :) And BTW, checkout is fast and simple. Try it! You will be...
Read moreI'm gonna just Love This Place on Colerain. Very Clean. All The Essentials needed at fantastic prices. If your anything like the Rest of Us trying to save cash and Not compromise on quality? maybe this little review helps. I am ANTI KROGER price gouging. (Winton Rd is closest to me) Paying a Premium more for dated dirty grocery store, Subpar fruit, meat & fresh vegetables will forever be reprehensible and nearly a crime during these times. My Aldis salmon was just as Fresh as a filet from Fresh Market and the raspberries were better than the last Several batches I gambled on purchased at Krogers And Fresh Market. Normally I won't post how I/we Cook but I Support Aldis'. And 👋 it was simple night.. just delightful simple salmon & peppers.. but trust me- seasonings...
