Panera Bread — Restaurant in Colerain Township

Came in and ordered a MODERN Greek salad with chicken and a bagel with cream cheese and tomato. Made it all the way home before realizing that I did not have the modern or the tomato. Thoroughly irritated. It's worth noting that I said with tomato twice. It's an odd request and therefore should stand out i.e. be remembered. Sadly it was not. I called before coming back to have my order fixed. I explained the mistakes that were made. The manager said, "You had tomato with your bagel?" I said no I asked for tomato. I did not receive it - More irritated. She said she would fix it all and throw in something sweet. Now I would normally leave a bad review but she realized their error. Apologized. Fixed the order and added an additional bagel with tomato. I only asked for the tomato since everything else was fine and threw in a treat. Customer service done...

Delicious food, with many options that are on the healthier side. Plenty of sitting areas, a good flow to the operation so customer traffic can be managed appropriately. Located directly across from the Northgate Mall. Parking available, but there was a crowd. When planning to go to this side of town, I suggest keeping in mind that traffic is always heavy. Plan for your travel time to be longer than expected. Bus/Metro stop is just steps away, making this location even more convenient. I call this area Shopper's Delight. I used to throughly enjoy Panera Bread; but last few times THEY LEAVE out our Bread from our order they did today AGAIN; my fault forgot to CHECK!! Today they didn't have the cheese for french onion soup and instead of Bread for the soup it was crumbled tortilla chips; REALLY THAT DOESN'T GO WITH ONION SOUP! So save yourself 30$ for 2 meals and 2 drinks and go to potbelly I love to get my 27$ back!
