FAST TRACK CR Deals — Local services in Colerain Township

The CR Deals store and staff are great and always friendly. Now, the Fast Track auction side of this business is not. Compared to all other auction locations this one is substandard when it comes to accurate descriptions of items and desirable photos of the actual item. The undesirable policy of this location is there is only a 2 day pick up window. Which yes is doable, BUT don't make an honest mistake of confusing dates with your other items like i did. I showed up on what I thought was my 2nd day, I found the item and when I went to check out the lady "Which is always nice" says your a day late. I'm like nope, and when I went to show her the email I realized chit she is right. I had looked a the wrong receipt. So I replied well I'm here and I have the item I paid for can we just do this checkout? She spoke to the "BOSS" on her cell and put her on speaker to me and she told me despite the item being in my hand she wasn't going to give me a break for an honest mixup. I recognize her voice as the woman that was being snippy with a customer during my last trip there. Her attitude and tone can be described is as if she is talking to peasants coming there for handouts. No freindly customer service coming from this woman. I promise you, I will not bid on anything at your location again. I'm sure as you read this you just rolled your eyes and said who cares in your entitled tone that you use when you speak to us...

Straight up criminals! Selling items that do not meet the description and are missing major components! To put it into perspective, imagine going to a car auction and bidding on a car, that had pictures and description posted, but then you open the hood and realize the entire motor and transmission is missing! And the stuff inside the department store is the cheapest worthless crap you'll ever see. And not any cheaper than you will find it...

This store offers some fantastic discounts. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely go out of their way to help you. If an item is slightly damaged or not quite right, they’re happy to work with you—sometimes even offering a discount to make things fair.
