Update: Stopped in yesterday for the first time in 4-5 years. EVERYTHING is different except table placement. Kiosk ordering only. No counter help. No wait staff. The kiosk asks for a tip anyway, even though absolutely EVERYTHING is self service. You have to have a QR code to get the soda machine to fill the cup. This is not made clear. While I was there, customers helped each other, telling one another how things worked there. No assistance was offered from staff for anything except when a kiosk wasn't working with the app correctly or when a customer discarded the QR code for their drinks (not knowing they needed that tiny receipt to make the soda dispenser work). I'm not sure why the QR code to operate the soda annoyed me so much. Could be because soda fountains are inexpensive and the theft lock is awkward, inconvenient and vaguely accusatory. If I'd been struggling with children or packages, it would have been impossible. It's just annoying. Heaven forbid someone gets 10cents worth of soda without a QR code. The burger was tasty, but it was also sloppy with "too much". Too much ketchup, too much mustard, just too much. Condiments shouldn't be dripping off the burger. The burger was half on the bun, the cheese was half on the burger, it was just a mess. Used about 10 napkins and I'm not exaggerating. Half of my fries were overdone, deep, deep brown instead of golden brown. I had some of each. Went to use the sink in the bathroom to wash my hands after, and the sink was a cold trickle. So was the other sink. Ended up using baby wipes and purell (hand sanitizer) to clean up. Overall, I'm not a fan of the automated restaurant experience. I can see why so many locations are closing if this is the new normal. No staff interaction, no human contact, careless food preparation. I'll probably pass next time.
Original review: Don't know where my first review went... The food is good. Did NOT appreciate the waitress waving off my original waiter and "table snatching" while being condescending to the young man. I paid the waiter the tip in his hand. He ended up giving us more service anyway. Since that visit, I'm 100% drive-thru. I don't appreciate work place games that...
Read moreI was so happy when this place opened back up. But I'm sad 2 say with service, n non clean areas 2 eat they should have stayed closed. When we placed our order we had 2 try n find a half way clean table 2 sit at. When I asked 4 some1 2 clean 1 4 us. I got additude from a very talk black lady that worked there. She said she couldn't help that they had gotten busy n she was stuck doing other things besides clean the table off 4 us. Then she handed me a couple napkins n I clean the table myself. She was also rude with 3 other guests while we sat n waited 4 our food 4 32mins. When we got it my all 3 of our cheese cups were not with our food nor the ranch n bbq that my daughter n I asked 4. After waiting another 7mins 4 them 2 bring 3 cheese cup, some bbq n ranch out. My feiance n I realized they had put everything on his burger when he only asked 4 ketchup n cheese. N my burger was missing the bacon cheese n pickle I had asked 4. It was just a plan burger. When I walked back up 2 the counter 2 get this mistake fixed. The same rude lady from b4, said what r u gonna complain about now. I just smiled n said if the people would make the food right the 1st time then I would b enjoying my food, not coming up here once again 2 ask 4 something 2 b fixed. She took my food back, when I got our burgers back my bacon was so hard I couldn't eat it. N they had put so much ketchup on my feiance burger it was dripping off the bun. N they also had kept the same frys from the 1st plate they gave us, because they were super cold. I'm super upset that I spent almost 40dollar on 3 meals n only 1 got eaten. I will never go...
Read moreWanted to grab a quick dinner on my way home so I stopped here. I should have know to turn around and go else where when the drive thru had cones, red flag #1. I decided I was already there let me go in and do a carry out option. They had a sign inside that said that they had new staff and to please be patient, red flag #2. Walked in, restaurant was clean but there are no cashiers and kiosk instead. I used kiosk and ordered my food. While waiting for my food to be made, I see staff dancing and cracking jokes, red flag #3. It’s took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready so I didn’t really mind. I didn’t bother to look until I got to my car. My fries were cold and EXTREMELY salty, red flag #4. I go inside and ask for it to be remade, which somebody did and apologized. I didn’t take the time to look at my burger but it was already getting dark outside and I wanted to make it home. I get home to eat my burger, just to find out it’s not the right burger, red flag #5. I order a bbq burger and I got some garlic burger or something. I still am debating whether to eat it or not cause at this point I’m already home and don’t want to leave my house again, so I decide to take a bite of the burger. Not only does the meat taste nasty, but I find a hair pressed into the burger patty.I proceed to open the buns and the burger smells like rotten meat and garlic.
