Ice Cream Jubilee - College Park — Restaurant in College Park

I recently went Jubilee in College Park while on a stop @ the Trader Joe’s located across the street.

I’ve been a fan of Jubilee ice cream since they first launched a few years ago, so when I noticed they’d opened this location, I had to stop in and check it out.

I was so glad that I did. In addition to their regular flavor menu, they were offering a special ice cream tasting flight, for a limited time only, in honor of Lunar New Year, where you could select 5 scoops for $10.

Unfortunately the mango sticky rice ice cream that I wanted to try was sold out and the Thai Iced Tea was ok, but not my preference. I opted to go with the mango and the passion fruit guava and the banana bourbon caramel. My favorite was the mango sorbet smooth with a nice ripe mango flavor! The passionfruit guava sorbet was good, but not as smooth as the mango.

Their flavor offering is pretty good. There’s the Marionberry flavor; a strawberry matcha latte flavor, which is one of the special flavors for Lunar New Year.

Ice Cream Jubilee also offers curated sundaes with unique flavor combinations like a Lunar New Year Boba, chocolate toffee brownie and moms favorite, which is the banana bourbon caramel ice cream topped with butter cookie crumble, whipped cream and chocolate sauce.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

There is a paid parking garage located across the street.

There are a few Ice Cream Jubilee locations throughout the DMV area.

Went here again yesterday Sept 21, on Saturday this ice cream shop is a nasty mess. I order banana something it was a mess. They put three scoops of ice cream in the small cup and once you ask for topping big mistake. “It’s Called Wash Your Hands”. Does anybody do that anymore especially when handling ice cream.

Melted so fast had to throw away but this is what I get it happened last month guess I haven’t learned my lesson.

Finally, did this time $9 and some change down the drain. Counter was nasty and the young woman doing everything ring up order and not washing her hands or cleaner counter. Manager comes out and ask can I help you when you wash you hands you sure can.

The ice cream isn’t set to high temperature once they put the scoops in those small cups it started to melt all over the place really bad I was disgusted. The trash was overrun with trash but you can tell they never empty the trash.

Never wash their hands keep on gloves the hold time with ice cream melting all over their gloves. Inspector need to visit this place is just not a good environment for selling ice cream. I will never go back not worth my money.

Live right across the street I would never go back. Ice cream just nasty with low temperatures set if had high temperatures it wouldn’t be melting as fast as it did. I would never eat in there it’s never clean so you can...

I visit this ice cream shop regularly, and my experiences have always been fantastic. I was there just last week, and everything was clean and well-organized. The staff were super friendly, wearing gloves and handling everything with care. The ice cream is always fresh, creamy, and delicious—melting perfectly like any good ice cream should!

The portion sizes are generous (I love that they’re not stingy with the scoops!), and they offer a wide range of toppings, which are always added thoughtfully. I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness—whether it’s the counter, the service area, or the tables. It’s definitely my go-to place when I’m craving something sweet.
