I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I wanted to grab a smoothie before my flight, but when I went to pay, the cashier looked away and pressed a button on the payment terminal. I thought she had skipped the tip option, but she had actually selected the 10% tip. When I noticed the difference in the amount displayed, I politely asked if she could redo the transaction because I didn’t like that she chose the tip for me, but she insisted that the total was correct, gesturing for me to proceed without addressing my concern. That’s when I realized she had done it intentionally.
I asked her again to redo the transaction, and she pressed the 10% tip button once more. When I questioned why she was selecting the tip for me, she claimed she had pressed “skip.” Her behavior made it clear she knew exactly what she was doing—trying to sneak in a tip without me noticing.
I have no issue tipping at establishments, but it’s the principle of the matter. She was deliberately adding a tip for me, not once, but twice, and then pretending it was the correct total. By the third time, I told her to stop pressing the button and let me handle it myself. I ended up choosing not to tip at all, even though I would have tipped generously if not for her audacity.
I’ve never experienced someone blatantly trying to add a tip in front of me and acting like it was unintentional. I almost walked away, but it was the only place nearby, and my flight was boarding soon. Read morePlease avoid this "restaurant" I have so many regrets from wasting my money here. So many mistakes on just one order! Plus the food didn't taste all that great. The people were nice enough I guess but they got almost everything wrong.
I ordered a salad and a hummus veggie wrap to go. I asked vehemently for no ranch on my wrap was supposed to come with a "side of my choice".
Whoever was taking orders around 1pm today (7/21/25) was so rude and unhelpful. I asked for a wrap with tofu in it instead of chicken, I typically use “tofu” or “plant-based protein” interchangeably for my orders at other TSCs and it’s never been a problem. At most an employee from another location has asked if I meant “plant-based protein” when I said “tofu” and it was fine. This employee, instead of being knowledgable about the menu or trying to help me like every other location in my experience, said “we dont have tofu” and didnt elaborate on them having plant-based options to sub in for chicken. I was then on the spot to find something besides my usual and this employee was staring me down and making me feel extremely uncomfortable, so i just gave up. I looked it up later and found that this location didn’t randomly not have plant-based options, it was just that this employee was mean and didn’t care to help. If I was this unwelcoming at any service gig I’ve done in the last 5 years, I would’ve been fired. I have no idea why management at this location...
