Hello, thank you for providing a more accurate time frame. What was only 5 minutes felt like 10 when you're hungry, never acknowledged, and looking forward to your favorite pizza. You're correct, the facts are inaccurate, as we did not present a coupon. We never received an opportunity to do that as we were never acknowledged/spoken to. Thank you for taking the time to address this with your employees and best of luck in the future.

1/30/19 Review:

Very poor customer service. Fiance and I walked in and stood in line for about 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged or greeted. Two employees on duty, the one at the register was having a conversation with what appeared to be a friend while the other employee sat at the back of the room on a computer. This occured on 1/30/19 at approximately 3:30 pm. Very disappointing as we really enjoy Double Dave's. Will not...

So... One of the few places left, in College Station that offers a pizza buffet with pizza rolls, on Wed 530p-830p.

The pizza is always fresh and replaced, if they're not too busy, you can make a request for your favorite.

It may be a bit pricey, for those of you who struggle to finish 8-10 slices, but the price of admission is well worth it if you like pizza rolls.

It's not too crowded, there are large seating areas for 6-8 ppl/group easily, and tables for the larger crowds. It's a family environment, with parents and kids, but a good share of college and highschool customers.

There's a radio playing in the kitchen, a large tv on low, so it's easy to have a conversation without having to raise your voice.

They do have dessert pizza on the bar, so leave some space for their delicious chocolate chip...

Placed $40 order ONLY TO HAVE the wrong stuff delivered 🤦‍♂️ then wait over an HR for ICE COLD food. No discount given for my patience then called to speak with management only to be told when asked to speak to manager that she was out on delivery. Ice cold pizza and not even an apology 👎🏻 for $40 worth of microwave food is unacceptable… Burn me once but I won’t allow this to happen again.. BAD EXPERIENCE … Go elsewhere as this place is very Unorganized and unprofessional. The customer PAYS FOR this place to stay in business and doing this is NOT how to gain confidence… Threw the food away and ordered elsewhere. I donated $40 but won’t EVER...
