I didn't expect such a impressive display of ambiance and professionalism. I enjoyed my night from beginning to end. The hostess was friendly with a genuine smile. The server, Grace, was detailed with the menu and great service. I loved the food and cocktails and desserts. I chose to enjoy the oytdoor patio with such great weather, but the indoor dining area us great also. I will definitely come back to enjoy the food and drinks again. I highly suggest you try them and ask for Grace as your server. Great for special occasions, business meetings and just enjoying good food. ENJOY! Went again and had Kai as my server. He was excellent and marvelous I'm his customer service The hostess is amazing. She remembered my name making me feel like a true VIP. I HIGHLY SUGGEST this for anyone loving to enjoy great food and share with the one you love. Came back on Fridsy, may 6, 2022. I had a server beyond that of those internationally as I am a member of the National Press Club of Washington DC. YOU MUST ASK ONLY FOR BRANDON!!!!

This one is hard to review. Overall the food was great, service was good, atmosphere was nice but I do not feel the cost equaled what you get. My thoughts below. We ordered a lot of different things and shared them with a table of eight. The problem is each item only has three to four pieces to a plate. Each plate was around $18. There is not really any individual meals. It’s designed for sharing but it gets expensive when you have a large table. For instance, the empanadas were $16 and you get three tiny empanadas. For our table we needed to get three plates, now that’s $48 for everyone to get one empanada. These were good but not $6 apiece good. It’s just way over priced. My bill for two was $175.00 and I didn’t even try it all. I’d rather spend $50-60 on one meal. I mean, French fries were $7 and they were good but tasted just like wing stops fries. Wing stops you get way more and they are just as good. I would never come back but a lot of this is personal preference. I don’t feel you get what you pay for.

Update: Returned to learn menu has had an update. Easier to read and new items. I like it. You MUST ask for the Smoke Stack. Apple wood smoked version of a Manhattan or Old Fashioned. What a nose. Patron Chiles Tapas are really good. This ranks in the top tier of College Station dining establishments in my opinion. Great job guys. Love love this place. Our second year coming here for football games and our 3rd or 4th overall when in town. Jared the student bartender remembered us from last time. The menu of tapas is quite large - enough for anyone to find something they like several times over. Each tapas we have had was delicious. A creative and very receptive flavor profile to the palate. Good wine list as would be expected. And finally the interior atmosphere matched the food and bar wonderfully to complete the experience of being somewhere not in College Station (no offense College Station but it’s nice to have new experiences). Oh. And the bar tender staff are par excellence!

This place is amazing. The food came out quickly and everything was to die for. I kept thinking the next dish can't possibly be better than the next one but it always was. This was the first time my husband & I ever went to have this type of food but it was so worth it and we are so glad we gave it a try. We ordered 10 different dishes and 2 desserts. It was so fun trying new things and honestly this is my new favorite place. I was told there was nothing on the menu that the owner wouldn't suggest and trust me when I say it was all amazing. Definetly going to go back and try 10 more different dishes and 2 more desserts. The restaurant was super clean. The waitress Grace, we had was so sweet and always kept our drinks full and was always checking in on us. The owner Wade was there and explained what some of the dishes were and the way he described them we had to try them all. I should have taken pictures but honestly I was fighting my husband for who got to eat more of what bc it was all so good I didn't want to share. We both got full full and should have stopped eating before we did but the food was just so good we just couldn't stop. Would highly recommend giving this place a try as girls night, date night. Chill atmosphere and not to loud like alot of restaurants are. Thanks Grace & Wade for an amazing experience. Will definitely be telling friends...

The Primrose Path is a new favorite and Chef Wade is letting his culinary creativity explode with exciting tapas options that are nothing short of spectacular. Every plate on the menu has a purpose. It's a true journey, each bite our eyes closed and we were somewhere new; Florence, Catalonia, Basque, Rome, Madrid, it's such a well designed and thoughtful experience, but most importantly it was fun. We laughed, remembered journeys, drank copious amounts of Portuguese wine, swapped travel stories with the chef, and the next thing you know you're full, hours have flown by, but your spirit is full and you've not just eaten dinner, you've lived a rich moment. This is what a great, casual, tapas dining experience should be about and that is the Primrose Path. What's even more amazing is the team Chef Wade has put together. They LOVE what they're doing, they love the food, they love their Chef, and it all comes together to make the perfect place to come back to over and over again. I highly recommend the steak and truffle butter tapas, the smoked gnocchi is perfection, the burrata we're still talking about. Let the chef drive, you won't be...

I gotta say, I've considered myself a foodie for a long, long time. Which is kind of a head-ass thing to say but we're saying it. I've spent way more money than I want to talk about trying restaurants. I traveled for a living for a couple of years and I've been all over the US. I will eat the hell out of canned chili and a store-brand hot dog on wheat bread, I'm not like a snob or whatever, but I LOVE good food.

I lived in B/CS for 4 years, 3 years ago, and this place lives rent-free in my dreams. There is no exaggeration or doubt in my mind: I've never been to a better restaurant under $200/plate (ie one a real person can go to monthly). It's that good. It's the hidden gem of Bryan/College Station, which has a vastly underestimated restaurant scene in general, and it's just. I mean it's just good. It's all heart.

I never had anything there I didn't like, and tried more than 85% of the menu. I still make the bacon wrapped dates at home and everyone loves them. Every time I fly into Houston I think about driving back. Haven't yet but a 3 hour drive for dinner should give you some idea. Check...
