Jimmy John's — Restaurant in College Station

We ordered from this location twice in a week. The first time I ordered tuna club and barely had any tuna on it. I felt like I was eating bread, cheese, tomatoes, and mayonnaise with my onions with a very small amount of tuna. Fast forward to tonight, I ordered the tuna club once more only this time my wife ordered it with extra tuna when placing the order on line. We drive over and we get all three of our sandwiches home and guess what? No extra tuna! I called the store and young boy offered to remake my sandwich if I was willing to drive back over and pick it up. What choice did I have? Either eat the sandwich I was given and charged more for, or drive back over and get the sandwich I paid for. No one offered to give me credit for having to run twice and get my sandwich for the employees mistake. Seeing other posts these people need trained or retrained. Maybe the manager isn’t doing his job, because ultimately it’s his responsibility to train his staff. It will be a while before ordering from this location again. This place has constantly been clean for me at every visit. While they are not the fastest jimmy johns, they are still good. I will say that, specifically this visit, I think I received a rotten pepper or something on my sandwich.

I took a bite and spit it out immediately thinking of no there is plastic in my sandwich??! Nope, turns out it was a solid black and wrinkled up pepper.

It was horrible but once it was out the sandwich was good.

In comparison to the other jimmy johns in town, this one is more polite. Especially as I had staff at the other one try to trick me into eating meat when I ordered the veggie and admitted to doing it on purpose. This one has gotten my order correct every time and on time.

It took 30 minutes to deliver our on-line order, and we only live 1 mile away. The delivery person did not get our drink orders correct, and he was extremely rude when I pointed it out. I called the manager, who promised to re-deliver the correct drinks. We waited for 45 minutes for the drinks before giving up. I discovered the drinks on the front porch the next morning. The sandwiches as sold are bland, we could not add items to them to spice them up using their really poor app. Although Subway does not deliver, we feel the bread and other options offered by Subway are definitely better than our experience with...
