Everytime my husband goes here, they ALWAYS forget something. Last night, the girl at drive thru, shoved the bag in my hand and shut the window real fast then stood there looking at me, with her dumb look on her face. They need to train these people better or put them in the back, sweeping floors or something else. Until they learn how to work with the public. Imo! Ohhh and they have on the value menu the chicken sandwich (not spicy, right? Nope) and the hot and spicy chicken sandwich. I happen to ask if the regular chicken sandwich on the value meal was spicy or not. ..they were all confused. After arguing with them on the speaker what the menu read, I finally just took a pic and took it to the window. They were still dumb founded and yelled at the little smart* boy who ran to the front when I pulled up and he sent another girl. No..no..please go get him. And your manager after you send his afraid butt back. .he's not gonna do that! She laughed and said of course ma'am. (She should have been running drive thru, she had manners). Anyway...back to the menu... They don't even have the regular chicken sandwich that's on the value menu. It's only hot and spicy chicken sandwich. And not one employee even knew the regular chicken sandwich was on the menu. I know I can't be the only one to order the chicken sandwich. Read moreAbsolutely poor service. Went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order. Have NEVER had an issue until 5/6. The woman handing out the food at the second window attempted to give me the wrong food. I let her know that the order was wrong and proceeded to show her my PAID for order on the app. The app showed the date, time stamp and correct order on the screen. The woman proceeded to argue with me that the order on her monitor showed otherwise. We went back and forth for 3-4 mins and she refused to give me my correct order even after I reiterated several times it was already paid for and drawn out of my account. She continued to try to push the wrong order on me. I eventually told the woman if my correct order is not going to be given to me, I wanted my money refunded. Turns out they magically can’t do it through the window, so I had to park and go inside. Low and behold when I’m angry and complaining inside, the young lady from the first window comes up front and the receipt with my correct order magically appears. At that point, I didn’t care. I just got my refund and left. I find it difficult to understand when a customer is showing proof of purchase along with a date and time stamp, why the error was refused to be corrected? As this is the closest McDonald's to where I live, I have tried to give them many tries but it is very average to below average service with their drive-through often times being more of an inconvenience than the convenience it is intended to be. Their night shift people (depending on the night), on many occasions, have appeared to disappear as the drive-through can be held up for some unknown reason both with ordering, and getting your food. It's like they are all on a half hour break AT THE SAME TIME. Yes, one time I was stuck in line for just over 30 minutes because I couldn't leave due to the curb on the curve of the drive-through and cars in front and behind me. I'm sure they get a lot of unpaid for meals with drive offs as that isn't unusual at this location. And if it is a consistent problem with malfunctions or something, then I would say it is worth investing in new machinery or at least fixing the problem(s) if the source is not the management/employees.
