Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in College Station

The young lady seemed new and timid, unsure of herself as if her first job. I was trying to be delicate with her as customers, and new jobs can be intimidating at times. But the quick response of the Owner told me this is a 1st class establishment and if in town again, I will remember this restaurant.

I do recommend eating at Schlotzsky's at this location. My only recommendation would be to lay the meat evenly on the sandwich. Don't clump a wad in the middle, eating large portions of raw bun on the perimeter of half the bun. And since I am saying this, and Owner seems diligent and supportive on other issues, I am sure he will fix this issue too. We all go through learning spells, and I am appreciative to go through one with such a nice Owner.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Charged me 3 times. For same one sandwich. And charged me for extra large king size original sandwich when I asked 3x for original large. Pretty upsetting. And sandwich missing meat on half of bun, clumped onto center of bun alone.

Since they overcharged for XXL, what do I do for a refund as a drive-thru customer from out of town? And a young woman charged me three times!!!

I had to ask to have my meal bagged, so instead, they handed me a bag when they still had my boxed sandwich to-go, and I had to do everything myself. So what did I tip the woman...

Was extremely disappointed. I have been wanting schlotskys for a while either schedule,location ir both have prevented it. Finally had a day i was in the area and gad the time to wait in the drive thru. Well I was really surprised by how quickly my order was ready. They are always friendly. I headed out to north bryan to have lunch with bf at work and his order was correct mine however wasnt exactly, the sandwich was what i order except for one major and one minor issue. I specified NO ONION three times and to add olive they repeated it back with olive, without onion and my reciept reflected that special order request as well however sandwich didnt. The olive not a big deal its disappointing but still edible but the onion this is a major issue for me and a very common special order almost every where i eat out due to the fact that I'm allergic and cant simply pick them off. Normally i check my order before leaving but hadnt ever had this issue before and to make matter worse i was unable to get anyone on the phone about it and to far out in north bryan to turn around and return to the store to try and get it corrected without being able to speak with someone to assure that...

Drove to this location to order food for myself and coworker. Was told upon trying to order that they are doing a large catering order, and won’t be able to make any orders for 30min-1hour.

Asked if I have a small order if they could make it, and was told by the Shift Manager “Jada” “No we can’t and life isn’t fair” Asked if I could speak to a manger and she stated “speaking”.

I then asked for the actual manager, to which Jada replied, “Why don’t you come inside and find out”.

I came inside and found out Jada is just a shift manager, and apparently didn’t want to show her face. Danielle the assistant manager appologized and gave me the GMs number. Jada, who I could see also wasn’t wearing gloves and was tossing together another order.

I have catered this location many times for work, and have visited there many times as well.

Won’t be putting in catering orders any more, and wouldn’t want Jadas hands on my...
