Had an issue with ordering. Instead of just rectifying the issue, they first had to insist I must be lying. I don't know why I would order something I had no intention of drinking, but apparently that must have been the case. Even after they agreed to remake the drink it was done in a fuss with sass. I really don't like confrontation, and they made a point to try to belittle me for asking them to correct the situation. Extremely unprofessional, and really no excuse. The young man at the register looked me up and down and proceeded to say "oh we don't take" long pause to look me up and down again and finally said "cash". I would've been okay with that and gone to get a card but the utter disgust and completely rude looks he gave me made me not want to give them my money nor my business. We walked in around 8:10pm and tables and chairs were already put up, and it seemed like they were closing for the night - despite finding out they donât close until 9 after we asked the staff. The 2 staff members also looked like they didnât want to be there, so our entire interaction with them was void of any friendly customer service. When we ordered, they only had tapioca pearls for 2 drinks, so I wasnât able to get the drink I originally wanted. The drinks are great (reason for 2 stars), but I donât understand why they seemed to be closing early tonight and didnât have enough stock on hand to accommodate customers wanting boba.
