Great location, poor service quality

Every time I come here they say the carhop is on the way when they aren't coming at all (this is a feature of sonic I usually love so I know to roll my windows back down)

Also, frequently when we order here we say one or two items and they give us our total and hang up on us, so we have to call them back, which has happened more than once when we order for 2 people. They don't even apologize for this, they just say "Okay, what else" as if nothing happened. No "Does this complete your order?" like most Sonic locations or anything. Just "Your total is x." click

The only redeeming factors (and the only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 1) this place can boast are the location, and the carhops are generally very pleasant when they do come, unlike the people taking the orders.

The food comes out okay, but quantities are skimped on things (whipped cream, if I ask for extra marinara I usually get just one)

Overall, despite the convenient location, just go to another one in town. Save yourself...

Today me and my friends wanted to have one last summer hooray before classes start so we ended up at sonic. We got out of the car to order cuz you know broke college kids and one person shouldn’t have to pay for everyone. First off, the app wouldn’t let any of us order to the same stall by the tables even though every other sonic lets you order to the same stall. Second, my friend ordered two things before a couple came and ordered their food on her card at the stall. They then got their stuff WAY before her. Third, another one of my friends waited way too long for his food. It was literally just a burger. They also brought none of us sauces for our food. AND why is a ranch PACKET 50 cents. They also forgot straws, like how do you forget that when you are handing out the drinks. I’m deeply disappointed this is how our last night of summer went. Sad Sonic Blast and terrible staff overall. Came yesterday 38 min before they closed and they say the ice cream machine is “not working”. Sure. Today went to get my Sonic M&M Blast, and I kid you not NO M&Ms in it. How hard is it to put ice cream, add M&Ms, and blend it? Asked for Sonic’s famous whip cream on top, and the word skimp comes to mind—but it’s a generous word even for the amount they “added”. Had to complain of course, as I was upset with a streak of bad customer service and again NO M&Ms, so he took the ice cream and put about 3 M&Ms on top and added another “generous” amount of whip cream...

Long story short, head to Sonic on Harvey, amazing staff, warm food, and they make the ice cream from the promo look like a 5 year old took that picture. It’s beautifully made, and they don’t skimp on anything. Save yourself the stomach and heartache, and DO NOT go to one...
