Going in the Hilton and seeing all the work that’s been done was nice. It was updated beautifully! So my husband and I were excited to try out the new restaurant, The Dean. Walking in there were Santa’s everywhere and was nice to see. So thought this was a sign that this place was going to be well worth going. I was absolutely WRONG! There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and at bar. So many empty tables. Took 20 mins, or more just to get our waiter. Took about that long to get waters. Ordered drinks and the bartender forgot about them. I asked for straw and additional fixings on my drink and didn’t get it. Waiter forgot about straw. Seeing how the service was going we opted out of getting meals and decided to at least get an appetizer. Crab cake looked delicious and first bite I had, had shell pieces all in it! Worst restaurant experience by far!!! When service and food is no good, that’s a never again for me. I was really looking forward to trying the chicken and husband, the red fish. Left and went straight to The Owl and had great service with great food and drinks.

First time here and I took my wife here for Her birthday. The atmosphere was quiet and very nice. Jarrett was our server. He offered us water and the food was great. The issue I had was my veggies didn’t not come out with my food I received it once I was done with my food and was still charged for it. I feel it should have been free. Second issue is that we where charged for the water and we was unaware that we where being charged. That’s something that needs to be presented Prior to offering water! Do better on that part! The brownie is over warmed because it was hard to cut into. Other than that we had a great time and the music was very refreshing. Other than that

Me and my boyfriend dined in last night and were blown away by how exquisite this restaurant is, from the food to the atmosphere. He ordered the salmon, and it was phenomenal. I ordered a steak and it was cooked to perfection. My mashed potatoes and brussels' sprouts were immaculate as well. Our waiters were kind and personable, and we loved the hidden speakeasy. In the daytime (for breakfast) it's bright and inviting and at night it's dim and intimate. This is absolutely an amazing place for a date.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Dean, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the ambience stood out—modern yet inviting, with stylish decor, warm lighting, and a layout that balances energy and comfort perfectly. Whether you’re out for a casual dinner or a special night, the setting adds a touch of sophistication without feeling pretentious. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. Our server made excellent recommendations and checked in at just the right times, which really enhanced the overall experience. As for the food: exceptional. Every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully plated. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, and it’s clear that fresh, high-quality ingredients are a priority here. From appetizers to dessert, everything hit the mark. Overall, The Dean delivers a complete dining experience. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and food that leaves you wanting to come back....

Really enjoyed my date night with my husband. Wanted to try something different and The Dean was everything we were looking for. It was a nice scenery with the skylight in the evening. The employees were really friendly and made excellent suggestions as we did not know what to get. We ended up getting the Roasted Beef Bone Marrow for an appetizer and it was soooooo good. We ordered some after our meal to take home as well. For our main meal my husband got the Scallop Bucatini and i got the Lamb Chops. Both were very good and a decent size as well. While we were eating we both had a glass of wine. The Deans wine list is so long but the bartenders were really helpful and knowledgeable about what to get. After we finished eating we sat in the lounge area and talked for a little. I had one of their specialty drinks called the Mary Shell or shelly but it was good and my husband had the Dean’s Old Fashioned. This is a very smooth yet strong drink. Defiantly a must get when...
