Food was great it's the woman that works there if you want to call her that her name is Brandy she made my experience horrible, I ordered a large order and the whole thing was absolutely wrong she couldn't get it right I pulled up she looked like she was high spitting all over the place she has a lysp and it just I don't know I don't think she likes her job very much cuz she was just so rude I was there not too long ago and when she shut the window after asking me what I ordered for the third time cuz like I said she was high you can clearly tell I was a medical professional for 30 years I know a high person when I see them lol shaggy shut the window and was saying rude things about me and I could hear her behind the glass very unprofessional she definitely needs to be replaced somebody needs to get rid of her and I'm saying this with all sincerity I'm not the only one that has a problem with her there's several people that have made complaints that our neighbors that have gone to this particular location and she is just rude rude. I thought it was a form of theft if you were taking home boxes of hamburger patties and pretending to take it out to the trash but put it in the back of your white big huge suburban I believe that is theft she's been seeing several times taking supplies and food from the establishment home with her and was going to report her but I told the lady that I would do it for the both of us and put it out there so everybody can know that this particular location needs to get rid of this individual and the stores reputation can come back. Cuz I promise you I won't be going back there anymore as long as she's working there I just don't feel like when somebody looks at your order three times and they look in the bag and they're spitting everywhere and they're high and they still can't get it right I'm not going especially when my order is almost $50 worth of stuff and they give me a problem when I try to come back in...
Read moreI cannot believe im having to write a poor review about a WHATABURGER, but here we go. I absolutely love whataburger, and with this location being a minute from my house (and the only remotely convenient location) I have continued to go there and put up with lazy, disrespectful staff that are always on their phones and can never get an order right. However, today was the last straw. I pulled up to the drive thru and they immediately took my order, since only one person was in front of me. I pulled up to the pay window and it took them ~5 minutes to realize i was there and take my money. I was given back a receipt, my card, and my shake and asked to pull up to the yellow line to wait on my order. No biggie. 6 cars and 15 minutes later i finally stopped a employee who was delivering food to a car that had JUST pulled up to the yellow line and asked politely if my order was ready yet (assuming they forgot about me AGAIN). "Ummm it probly be cuz of da fries, cuz dey probly just came out da machine thingy". I thanked her and she went back inside. Immediately after she walked in, she came out with my order already bagged up and THREW IT into my truck. Didn't even look me in the eye, or say a single word. So i pulled off to the side of the parking lot and checked my bag. Everything was in there (for once), so I drove off. As i was pulling out of the parking lot, I reach for my fries and they are ICE COLD even though they "just came out of the machine thingy" 2 minutes ago. So again, I pull over and check everything in my bag. The chicken strips were cold, the gravy and already cooled down and clumped together, and the bread (not even toasted) was cold as well. At this point it's not even worth it to go back, because it's probably my fault somehow. Will NEVER be going back to this location again. 0/10...

Let me start by asking: what's the point of having a "Start my order" button in the mobile app if you don't start the order until I get there and check in? Second how is mobile ordering any faster if that's the case? Then I didn't even get my order! I waited for 20 minutes and got nothing!!!! I was waiting by the counter for 20 minutes no one even stopped to check on my order. Several people who came in after me recieved their food and left. I just left after 20 minutes of no service whatsoever. Finally, there is no way to report the experience to whataburger or the owner. I tried doing a survey at whataburger's website but I didn't get a register # and my order # was too long to fit so the page just refreshed back to the start survey screen like I had done nothing. Next, I called the number on the 1-800-6BURGER... don't even bother... the line just hung up on me immediately! Finally, I tried calling the local number somebody answered with "Hello. Thanks for calling the Whataburger on Dominic." I replied "hello" several times and then got no response and got hung up on again! Needless to say I'm done trying to rectify the situation outside of this review.
I've had mostly good experiences in the past when everything went right with my order, but the mark of customer service is how the customer is treated when things go wrong with their order.
For reference if anyone at whataburger wants to figure out what happened my order number was 2001500 at 10:44AM on 2/17/19 at store 78 (the store for this review, the location at 105 Dominik St in College Station). My in-store customer number was 73. My mobile order number was 267652.
