Lori is rude as can be. I came to talk about a question I had about my return: I paid in cash for half and with my credit card (AMEX) the other half, but everything was going back to my card? When I asked for clarification about this, she said “okay well what do you want?” Like, I’m sorry? excuse you? What do you mean what do I want? Are you dense? I want an explanation? When I said I didn’t understand why I wasn’t getting some of my purchase back in cash since I originally paid for half of it in cash, she said “why? What don’t you get? It’ll all go back to your card” like girl, get out. She just said if it doesn’t, we’ll have to come back and get accounting involved. Just the fact that she came up to us with an attitude about it all from the get go when I wasn’t even being rude in the first place made the entire experience terrible. I work in customer service and absolutely hate when customers come up to us to complain with an attitude from the get go, so I always try my best to be kind and understanding when I go to ask for clarification/express a complaint - which is what I did here (even when she started getting an attitude because I won’t stoop to her level). Will definitely be...
Read moreStopped in here pretty late they were closing not really interested in helping me. 3 girls behind the counter talking until I turn around and stared at all three of them one ran out to assist. Then I made some suggestions to them while checking out, that James Avery should carry some softball related stuff and they insisted that they make some baseball stuff. And I insisted girls don't play baseball they play softball. And the smart-a** behind the counter said girls can play baseball with a rude tone. I said of course they can, my kids play like 20 sports I'm just saying softball is a big sport and you don't have anything for it. I was flabbergasted that I was giving some input for them to pass on to management or corporate to help revenue and was insulted for it. And yeah I spent $400 with 5 minutes to close with no one in the store so be a little grateful next time because when customers don't come in you don't have a job. And also it's very disheartening to hear that Christian store is discontinuing the true...
Read moreI took my daughter to purchase a ring. We were approached by an associate and asked what we were looking for. We told her but we did not know my daughter's ring size. She took her to find the size and each time the associate slipped the ring sizer on it was too small. When she got to a size 10 the associate told her she could no longer help her. Of course this reduced my daughter to tears. The assciate just brushed her off. Now I am in customer service and there are better ways of dealing with situations such as this. There are other pieces that she could have turned my daughters attention too but no she chose to look at her as if wasn't worthy. Want to make a sale and bring them coming back then show them they are worthy of owning something even greater than what they intially came for. Its all about making a woman feel good about themselves. This associate dropped that basic class. Its called...
